im not sure if its true or not (better half told me) but ....grackles lay their eggs in other birds nests (Robins Etc) and the host parents end up starving their own young trying to feed the grackle babies continuously...she refers to them as freeloaders around our feeders...when they move in the cardinals and blue jays take off instantly.... Nice shot!

i didnt even bother taking gear down to the river....there is probably 100 guys and it doesnt look like much fun....i cant beleive the fish some people are keeping....i suppose they have to justify the cost of fuel up here..
