That isn't a mid life crises, that is a young man making a very smart decision!!!!!! Good for you! God bless and enjoy the rest of your life because you will be living what most people will work the rest of their lives only to dream about!
Good for you! I just talked to Shaw last night. Super nice to deal with, very helpful, lifetime warranty on all their equipment inside and out, free instalation, free service, more chanels and less money.
Guess who I am thinking of switching to?
For $500.00, what did you do, put two new engines on them? New bushings, belts, friction wheel, skid shoes, clean carbs, do a tune up. Should be $100.00 or so ea.
I'll second that! Fryer is the better way to go!
I have done them on the BBQ a couple of times, when I do I spritz them with Italian salad dressing. BBQ them on high heat and wrap slightly larger pieces of fish, it helps to keep it from over cooking too much.
As far as the oil thing is concerned; when we do a fondue we use peanut oil so there is no flavour transfer between the things we are doing. I guess it would too expensive to use for larger applications and probably not too good for people with peanut alergies.
Man that sucks, we get so we depend on our email for so many things. We had Bell and hated it, then we went to Xplornet, they were good for a couple of years then they got too big and their service kept getting worse. We finally went to a local company and while there were a few minor issues in the begining since they straightened them out, it has been super. We are thinking of changing our phone over early in the new year just so we can get rid of one more Bell service.
Hope talking to a supervisor gets your issue resolved!
That sounds pretty expensive to me! I'm sure my iron/sulpher removal system was only about $1600.00 installed, water softener was about the same and my UV system about $800.00 but my water is pristine. I have Jacksons Water come in once a year and check everything over and change the UV bulb. Total cost is about $250.00 a year. A bit of an investment up front but well worth it to insure I always have safe water for my family and friends.
Dang I never have any money left over to hide anywhere LOL. Glad you found it though Lew now you have to wonder how much more you might have hidden and don't remember?
Thanks for trying to help guys, I guess I'm just too old or too stupid. I downloaded overdrive to her kobo but then all I get is the welcome screen telling me how wonderful overdrive is and how easy it is to use. I can't get anything past that.
I give up!
So Sue got her new KOBO VOX yesterday, she was thrilled! Until she went to download a book form the library. Seems Adobe Digital Editions doesn't reckognize the new Kobo VOX and the two aren't compatibable. So I have just spent 12 hours trying to figure out how she can download books from the library and read them on her new VOX. If you can help I would really appreciate it but I need step by step instructions. Technology is advancing far too fast for this old brain LOL.
WTG, that sure is a beauty! As far as the scent thing goes, I have lots of buddys that do the same thing as you and they get deer too, difference is I usually get about 3:1 over them since I started using a scent eliminator. When I go into the bush I want to use every advantage I can get.
Good luck and I hope you get that really big bruser, that would be way better than anything I have ever shot.
Sue got her new VOX delivered yesterday, she loves it, my biggest consern now is what is service going to be like if she ever needs it! Time will tell.
X 3
I would suggest getting it from a dealer though, you'd be amazed at how many of these things right out of the box aren't tuned properly. You MIGHT pay a little bit more (sometimes even less) than buying it from a big box store but you will get much better service if you ever do need it.
As for what size to get; that really depends on how big an area you need to clear. If you are only going to use it occasionally to cut back drifts or snow banks or is it going to be your primary snow removal tool now?
Oh you don't have to worry Beans, I used WD40 in your lower unit and put duct tape over the fill/drain holes. I only use the hammer if I can't figure out what is wrong LOL
I am glad to hear that all your hard work paid off I'm afraid that at my age, you guys would have been carrying me out of the bush as well as the deer by that point LOL. Looking forward to seeing the pictures!
