I may try to winterize my 1996 15hp Merc outboard this fall. Wondered if anyone had a sites/youtube videos that listed the steps or had any tips etc. about how they do it. My understanding so far is; 1. Fill tank to almost full 2. Add fuel stabilizer and mix 3. Run motor for 10 mins 4. Pull gas line and let motor stop 5. Pull plugs and fog cylinders. Pull rope with engine off to coat piston rings with fogging material. 6. Drain lower unit oil and check oil for water (milky) 7. Replace lower unit oil. 8. Remove prop and check condition of shaft and remove any fidshing line etc. I think I also need to replace my impeller. When should I do this in the order above and where is a good place to get the parts. Also what kind of oil do I need for the lower unit? Do they have it at CTC? Thanks in advance for your insights. Hey Solo I checked Craigslist. You may want to check this guy out. http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/grd/2363138846.html They look a bit small but maybe they'll do. -
Never go for the money.... Make sure the move makes sense in the progression of your career. How does it align to your overall plan of where you want to be. I moved once for the money but in the end it was a costly mistake. Just my 2 cents.

http://www.thestar.com/news/crime/article/927471--north-york-man-banned-from-fishing-for-life Liem Vu Staff Reporter A 61-year-old North York man has been banned from fishing for life after violating a court order. Conservation officers from the Ministry of Natural Resources say they spotted Viktor Liakh fishing at the Holland River in Bradford last May. After checking his licence, they discovered that Liakh was under a five-year fishing suspension that was handed down to him in January, 2010 for casting too many lines. According to Ministry of Natural Resources conservation officer Doug Poirier, anglers are permitted to cast one line in open waters. Liakh violated this four times between 2002 and 2009 by casting up to four lines. The Ontario Court of Justice fined Liakh $3,000 and banned him from fishing. Poirier said the man can face jail time if he chooses to violate fishing laws again.

My wife got me one for Christmas. She thought it was pretty geeky but now I think she is secretly covets it. I use it all the time to check mail, surf the web and read books etc. as the kids always monopolize my laptop. You can also add most of the proprietary readers (kindle etc) as an app and use them. I have tons of books on it now. Movies and games are fun. As noted they are releasing anew version but from what I see they are only adding a camera for web chats. I have also loaded Navionocs to it to have the charts I like to look at. Nemo
