  2. Wow neat video. Pretty hard core shooting the antler off. That could have backfired - (pardon the pun). As for interfering with the natural order.. not sure but looks like they both made it... be that as it may.
  3. 600 man hours.... What was that worth? Wow!!!

  8. This morning my neighbour was backing out of their driveway. A car pulled in the driveway opposite then reversed and backed right into his back bumper. My neighbour stooped but the guy pulled away and took off without stopping. He was unable to get the license plate. My neighbours bumper was damaged (the plastic is split from end to end) and will cost approx $1000 to fix. Should this be reported to the police/insurance? Your thoughts/experiences would be appreciated. Nemo
  9. Hi did anyone have a chance to load this up on their IPad? Would be intrested in your thoughts. I can seem to find a sample screen shot. Does it provide depth information and include navigational markers/channels etc? Would be interested if it can also work without wifi connected. Thanks Nemo

  11. Read this topic and you can calculate the energy consumption of the appliance. You will need to know your hydro rates plus any extras they tack on to get the final number. http://www.ehow.com/how_2319652_calculate-cost-running-appliance.html

These are the longest recorded and confirmed sniper kills in history.[21][22][23][24] Canadian Corporal Rob Furlong, formerly of the PPCLI (Operation Anaconda, Afghanistan) - achieved a recorded and confirmed sniper kill at 2,430 m (2,657 yd) in 2002 using a .50 caliber (12.7 mm) McMillan TAC-50 rifle.[59] Canadian Master Corporal Arron Perry, formerly of the PPCLI (Operation Anaconda, Afghanistan) - briefly held the record for the longest-ever recorded and confirmed sniper kill at 2,310 m (2,526 yd) in 2002 after eclipsing US Marine Gunnery Sergeant Carlos Hathcock's previous record established in 1967. Perry used a .50 caliber (12.7 mm) McMillan TAC-50 rifle.[59]

  14. Hi All, Trip to DC went very well. Weather in the 60's and sunny. Smithsonian, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, White House, Vietnam Memorial etc. The drive down was 9 hrs 15 mins. The return trip was 8hrs 30mins. The GPS worked great. No map on board. It took us door to door. Also useful for finding sites in DC itself. Thanks for all the help. Nemo
  15. Thanks all for the advise and PM's. The GPS is warmed up and we will be leaving first thing. I'll let you know how we got on next week. Ciao Nemo
  16. The family and I are off for a long weekend in D.C. I have never been and hope to take in the Smithsonian and some of the other sites for a few days. I googled the route and have some alternatives. I was just wondering if anyone on the board knows the route and has some recommendations/things to look out for. We intend to leave TO at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning. Also any midway stops for sites, shopping etc would be approeciated. Thanks Nemo

You will learn how to repair and maintain two and four cycle engines such as lawn mowers, chainsaws and outboard motors. (material costs: extra)
  22. Hi, I am looking for a small engine/outboard repair or maintenance class offered this fall winter in the GTA. If you have any information on a course please post and let me know. Cheers Nemo

  25. Good post. I have plenty to be happy about and am thankful for it. I intend to go round the table this Sunday and ask all the kids and adults to list three things they are thankful for before we start the meal and then say grace. I am interested in hearing what they say. As they say, it's not all about the sausage stuffing......or is it? (just kidding, but sausage stuffing is my favourite) Thanks for the reminder.
