Beside Lake Simcoe Marina,south of the 5th line there is a free launch,but you have to park 2 blocks away (for free),just launch between the Marina ....and goverment dock.....TC and tight lines......Chuck.....

The cheapest is beside Lake Simcoe Marina,It's FREE,but you gotta park 2 blocks away for FREE.It's between the 4th and 5th on the west side,south of Inninfil Park.....Hope this helps ,TC and tight lines..........Chuck......

Some buddies of mine were lost on a 4-wheeler trip and ended up crossing that property.All my bud said was 'It looked like a scene from 'Robin Hood' with these guys in robes chasing us'.....and they got a good laugh and left.....Those are the only people I know that have every been there ......TC and tight lines....Chuck....

Great thinking there Wayner......I can see the dropping time getting faster with practice and the recovery time getting longer with a little breeze and wave action,but I'm sure you'll master it with practice too....TC and Tight lines all.....Chuck....

We've got a 65 lb. Min-kota on our boat and it has Auto and co-pilot.The thing is amazing to fish alone with or in windy conditions,and the 65 will pull the boat at just over 2mph while down-rigging.....With the remote you can go anywhere on board and be in control,I haven't tried the water proof part though.....I don't think I'd buy one now that didn't have those features.....Hope it helps....TC and tight lines....Chuck....

We bought the same model as you,only ours is a '98 and it has a Merc 115 on it.Now if you take buddies opinion that it looses $800 a year and all the goodies we got on ours(it's loaded,everything but a kicker,but we even got the kicker plate),it makes me feel better that we paid more...And like Irishfield said 'if it suits your needs'.....Go have fun.....Hope you like it as much as we love ours.....TC and tight lines....Chuck....

Hey Mo......Buddy of mine owns "Shepard Power line clearing and maintainance'and he used to sell that stuff for tree toads....He's over near Pefferlaw on Wiers road ,if I remeber correctly.....Hope this helps......Chuck

WTG buddy,I'm still lookin' down here for a place to sit,down here .After that little incident last year,there's no more public land hunting for this 'twig slinger' as most hunters use 'smoke poles' and I was out numbered to boot....lol....If you ever need someone to keep you company bud,I'd love to......TC and straight shots......Chuck.....

I helped glaze the windows in the 'new' tower years ago,and that's how we started fishing there.We used to go into back bays on top for walleye and there usually a trout or two in the top pool of the spillway,there was a 'GIANT' musky that lived around 'Sunny Island'(the first island south of the chute),as my buddy had it on numorous times but never landed it....TC and tight lines all........Chuck.....

Yes,I was planning to get the bow out and practice abit,but I really need to find a private spot this year as I had a father and son team 'surround' me and my deaks last year......and it was not much fun,they had guns and I had a bow.........You using your Middleton Cliff???......I'm sure you'll get one...........TC and Straight shots........Chuck..........

Hey Wayne,great report and all......That speckle lake was easy to find for me ,as I try to fish it every time up there.....isn't that red boat house there anymore?That's how I've always found it......Glad to see they're still in there too....TC and tight lines....Chuck....

We watched yesterday as 2 guys rode their sled into the crack....both got soaked and went to a hut to warm up,as others came to help out....the sled had to be pulled out by a pick-up,which was drivin' by a local yocal,who in turn ,unhooked from the sled and zipped across the crack just 15 ft away,to show where those 2 should have crossed....We heard of a truck sitting on the bottom in 100 fow just 50 yds from where this went on.....WATCH IT FOLKS....and use your head for more than a hat rack.....TC and tight lines....Chuck.......P.S....We'll be back out there today to watch the festivities.....(North-east of the park,near the pack of huts....)

I've been driving out there for 2 days .....I'll have to drive out tomorrow and find out where this guy went through.....Chuck....

There's also 'Loves to fish Simcoe',between the 4th and the 5th on Ewart rd.(just follow the 4th around the bend),they also donated a few rod and reel combo's for the prize table as well as a nice bag of lures....They are fully stocked with just about everything you 'll need to enjoy your day......TC and see ya there.......Chuck...

Bottom of the cliffs at Rabbit nose for walleye and west to the bouys for lakers is all I'm saying.....TC and tight lines.....Chuck....

I know where you were....lol....I see that hut every day on my way home....lol....it's in the bay at the bottom of our street....Should have stayed near my buddies hut on the north side of the bay.....apparently they're killin' the perchy's....lol....TC and tight lines....Chuck....

We always drove on at the top of the lake and drove straight down the middle to the south end ,You'll see the huts.Williams for the lakers and whities and anything that glows for the ling.If you can fnd glow tubes or grubs,they'll work .....You could stay up all night and catch ling....that lakes got lots.......HTH....TC and tight lines......Chuck.....
