You have exactly 45 minutes to get the job done. If you dont, you will see a meal that will cover you in drool, your mrs wont have enough paper towel to clean ya up.
One last rotation and time to prep.
My goodness. Cooking for two is alot harder then gooking for the family of four before they left the nest.
Get the peppers on for a char. Sliced to add to the chicken wrapped strips
Prep the mushroom, mozz ( siliani will have to do today ) it was nice a fresh and soft..Got the snails happy happy with melted butter and seasoning. Taters are wrapped and ready to go.
LOL
Gizmo was on gaurd for any droppings. Dam dog will eat anything.
There will be steamed portobello mushrooms covered in snails, garlic and butter, and motsa CHEESE. As well baked taters with crispy BACON bits and CHEESE.

Getting happy happy
Got some smoke house bacon to wrap them in. Im drooling already.
I just recived a nice little gift that will have me trying some new and different things. A quick go through, the Einrich,s pickled fish caught my attention real quick. The Lumber jack walleye. If I only could get some in the slot, but have a munger here I can get some from so no worries. Far east stir fry is going to the top of the list to try.
Tanks me bye.
That works Chris. Would love a taste of that smoked. Great job. 6 pounds is enough for a few days of eats. Great job.
Doug, I dont like thin bacon. Theres nothing to it. I dont get the thick cut, but look for bacon that is atleast and even 1/8"
It,s just the machines not the product, which is a NO NO here.
I walk through some of the places we supply and they have no problem with me taking pictures of the MACHINES. Vis versa.
Steve, I worked at DRG Globe many many years ago. They had boat anchors that still produced. I ran a mark5. What a pain in the ars.LOL Then they brought in the high tech stuff that made the plastic bags for purolator. That was some cool stuff.
Not only at night. Get out there in the dark in the am. I have had some great few weeks doing so on top water baits. Anywhere from 10-30 fow. Not on that lake, but you never know . Get out there and giver. Post back here when you return. Good luck
