Well were going for PHO and fresh spring rolls.

Remember Thomas for the Bruins ? They found a diamond in the rough. Not all stars come up through the ranks. I played with guys that never had a look, but man they could skate and play. Some just didnt care. One guy I know that was 5 ft nothing, has been on a pond hockey team for the last 6 years and skates circles around guys. I was like dude, you never got a shot? Didnt want it, was his response. Theres another fella that was native. This guy was like the wind and could shoot as well. There are many players out there that IMO, make a NHL team in a blink. They just never went that route.

How much longer did you cook it after the wrapping ?

It,s not true. Not at all................................ If you are up to walking and drilling holes weather in the open or draging out a portable, you will learn much out there. Asking the hows will get you started in the right direction. Just dont ask the wheres. Happy ice drilling.

Mike, a few years back I got a pm about how I post about the same thing (nothing like you, as your posts are about traveling fishing areas I wish I could only fish) The pm I got ,was about you and your laker reports and bass reports from the same lake. Always the same thing. I thought to myself, w t h. I fish, enjoy my day and report my day. I dont get it. It,s a fishing site. Ya I have been on the cooking thread more then fishing, but this site is open minded. Well that was til I seen this thread. You have helpped me in many ways. My first float rod,pin reel and the how to. Also had a good time with your arival of Zoey. Met you for the first time buying my first custom rod made by a mutual friend. You gave some advise and let it be up to me to go with what I wanted. I was I must say, over whelmed with your knowledge and was like OK, DA, i,ll take this one.LOL You have even offered up some river outtings which I ( at my own fault ) could not commit to. Im still without a pass port. Thats what, 6 years now? Lazy ass I am I know, I enjoy your reports. Long read at times (just like Drews ) but I do read them and enjoy. One thing that really comes to me reading and watching the videos, is the time you share with your son. Some may think, ya he has the money and time to do that. Thats the name. Thanks. I love that stuff. The one I buy is lamb from Coppas ( formaly highland farms). My last visit though ,I find their prices creeping up a bit much for me. Great ontario grown veggies. I need to get me down to the Vaughan area to stock up again.I love the area as there are many great stores to explore. Barrie has filtered try again please.

You mean that skinny coiled sausage? I forget the name of it, but always buy when I can. It goes on the bbq for snacking on while the main dish is cooking. That or spatini rubbed with sea salt once cooked.

It wont take much to cook it a bit more if you do go with the bbqs and no, I don't think it will hamper the flavor as I said, it wont take much to cook a bit more. The whole clove of the garlic is what I do even on small roasts like the one I did on the weekend. Just be sure to remove it from a slice before serving. I don't mind it left in, but can make for a powerful taste for some unexpecting quest.

Dozed off at around 7:30 1-0 jays. Woke up to catch the wierdest finish to a game I have listen too. Nice to hear they won and could hold and close.
