  1. Just seen this posted online at the SAIL stores. The Rapala Kaos spinning reels on sale from $70 to $35. So there is a reel to look at in the "value" price range.
  2. good on them! good news travels slow, bad news goes fast so thanks for the share. it's good to know there is still good customer service out there.
  3. that was a good one! (well both posts are funny)
  4. Good to see a report and have some NICE size fish in it Jacques
  5. ZING! scared here to find the answer And so doe horse back riders to cut down on or stop any chafing.
  6. What Cliff means here is make a video and post it
  7. i finally had time to read it all and I must say I let out a laugh when "the clam bite picked up" part came in. Great report and keep em coming!!
  8. I was thinking the same, Sorry Mike...
  9. between the hooks stuck in my hand with all size fish and teeth i'm fine with a glove. in fact I think I'll be packing one for my next trip!
  10. she got to be a 56" by learning how to bust a bait I guess... NICE FISH!!! and congrats on the PB too!!! who cares about the gloves too... I know bass guys who want to avoid bass thumb and use a golf glove all day...
  11. I was just seconding the idea. I have a 70's 9.9 and swapped out the tank and zero issues. Well zero after Big Cliff fixed it...
  12. I did the 30 day reversal and it now says "this copy of windows is not genuine" yet it's been legit since I got it from Dell back in 2005/06
  13. Never a bad idea to use it all year in the gas tank. Also seeing is that is an older metal one you may want to look at a new tank
  14. that's all I planned to do all a long...
  15. If you are "rural" as you are Michael then you have 2 options for internet there, Bell and maybe Explorenet but that would be like going back to dial-up if you went the E way.
  16. The small one was ideal for a snack as she wanted one, the other was not going to last in the lake (see gut gash) so she took it too.
  17. some just don't know that they MUST help a boat in distress. Best way to show you are in distress is a paddle in the air.
  18. Nice! This was our day
  19. Got out yesterday for a bit with my sister and the lake was HOT (79*) and all we could find was decent bass on senko type baits. biggest bass of the day was mid 3's and either just attacked pre hooking it or attacked during the fight as it has cuts on both sides from teeth.
  20. I'm off Fri and hope to get over to my folks lake for a few hours! then working all weekend... *sigh*
  21. set out for walleye and you will find those stinky buggers... just saying as it never fails there...
  22. Thanks pics and OL for the info.
  23. vertigo type problems keep you off the water and even casting off the dock at times isn't the best if windy. my cell was 75' away in the house/cottage just in case I fell in on Sat... Only a few small SMB on Sat when stuck on the dock...
