We keep,our two dogs on the heartworm meds all year around. Our vet has never mentioned getting a test to make sure they don't have them. Could be that they have been on the men's since we got them.

That's the kind of stuff where you get much more out of it than the kids do. you may never know the true impact you had for just that short amount of time. Kuddos Chris.

I had one custom made at a local shop that does this kind of work. This one has snaps all around a couple tie downs for the back. I can even keep the trolling motor attached. Re-inforced at the major contact points - windsheild and along the back corners. Only a real hard driving rain while trailering do I see some water getting in. Pretty easy to throw on and take off.
