For once all our elected officals agreed on something, at least they all showed some common sense. One point aboput one of the three remaining soldiers is "Jack Babcock, one of the three surviving Canadian veterans, has lived in the United States since 1924 and would not be entitled to a state funeral in Canada, something Mr. Babcock says he understands." If he is the last to pass then I would hope the Government would some sort of government sanctiond service honoring all who served.

When we are out downrigging when the first fish hits your rod it's your fish, when the 2nd fish hits if it's on your rod the first guy to it ( not including the guy who'd rod it is ) gets the fish until everyone has a fish. After that from then on, your rod your fish. Our rule in tourneys is any money prize, everyone on the boat shares the amount equally, but if the prize is an item ( rod, reel, outboard etc. ) then it's your prize. When out for Smallmouth, Walleye etc if your, lets say indisposed, anyone can grab the rod and your in charge of their rod until the fish is landed.

Working....( I love my jobs ) plus winterizing the lawn tractor, leaf blower, weed wacker, Get ATV ready to plow snow, get the other snowblowers ready for blowing snow....(like fisherman above one of mine is 30+ years old and still going strong), already put away trailer, truck camper, winterized boats and outboards and put them away, stored all lawn furniture and picnic tables....and there's more but I get to tired even thinking about it.

Well there not fishing movies however some deal with water. 1. Master and Commander...The far side of the world ( one of the few I purchased and didn't download ) 2. A Prefect storm 3. The Shipping News ( watched it 5 times so far ) 4. American Beauty ( Kevin Spacey is one of my favourite actors ) 5. Napoleon Dynamite ( don't ask me why ) 6. Man In The Wilderness ( old but a classic ) 7. A Man for all Seasons ( Thomas Moore had scruples ) 8. Driving Miss Daisy ( See it more than 10 times ) And probably 10 or there about others.

Geezze those were before my pensions kicked in!

I think that all involved did an exceptionally great job with all that was involved in making this change over!
