  1. great report as usual aaron!! great lookin trout there for sure!! the snow may have made the walleye fishin tough, but sure made for some beautiful scenery!!
  2. i have the fuji z33, my gf got it for me for xmas after my camera broke and she seen dave mercer had one.. lol. but i love the camera, works great had a ton of settings for any type of shooting condition. great picture quality. and its a nice price point.
  3. i've had several ball pythons... 5 to be exact. 3 live with my ex. also had 3 corn snakes, 2 leapord geckos, 2 banded geckos, 4 beared dragons. still have 3 dragons, and my baby still... i have a columbian boa named peanut and might get another boa off my ex soon.
  4. they're canadian!! thats how we do it in CANADA!!!!! WE DRINK BEER AND PARTY! and to the poor "embarrassed" member of the IOC... really, tell me NONE of u had a drink underage...?? thats what i thought! oh, and its only underage in some provinces.. GO CANADA!!
  5. the reason it is sold, AS IS... is simple... it covers the sellars but in the event something is wrong or goes wrong with the vehicle shortly after the purchase. there isnt anything necessarily wrong with the vehicle.
  6. some times.. walleye and smallies will use the same habitat, depending on what is available. thats a shallow weedy lake, so its common to have them share areas. no different then fishing erie and catching smallies and walleyes on the same rock pile. and, on a side note, dnt be scared to take a pic of any OOS fish. taking a quick pic, is not illegal. as long as it is quickly released after the pic.
  7. no real patterns. lol, each day can be a different color pattern. it can change from hour to hour. i have tied... oh god... i dont know how many thousands of harnesses. i tied them for a tackle store, and i learned that anythin i tied would catch fish, obviously some colors worked better then others. ive tied some GOD AWFUL harnesses, and they caught fish... one i tied was so ugly it scared me... lol, but my buddy used it on erie and landed a 12lb walleye to win a tourney and made me tie 6 more for him. so a never know!
  8. ill have a 7' med/hvy spinnerbait rod and 7' heavy frog rod for sale in the very near future. both mojo's both in brand new condition. let me know if ur interested!
  9. ok, allow me to back track a little... i wasnt referring to crosbys play tonite inparticular... its more of an overall opinion of him based on all the time i have seen him play. i wouldnt classify brodeur as a tenure player like pronger and neidermayer. brodeur is as solid as any goalie in the NHL. he had a bad nite, it happens to everyone.
  10. i know, if i just won the biggest tourney in fishing, and had a $500,000 cheque handed to me... FIRST thing i would do is jump on OFC and say "thank you" haha ok, maybe I would... but only cause u guys here are just so freakin cool! lol and i have no life, wife would spend the money, so really, what else would i have to do?
  11. pronger and niedermayer both should have not been picked for this team. the USA have a very solid team, and the best goalie in the NHL playing for them. and we have the biggest baby in the NHL playing for us. if crosby plays as hard as he cries, they prolly would have had a better chance at winning.
  12. yes, as i mentioned, each person has their own preference of what the rod should feel like and how the actions should be. part of the reason i jumped on the prostaff with a custom rod company. every aspect of my rods is my design and choice. for example, the mojo rods, have a jerkbait rod that is 6'6"... too long for my liking, (but i own one lol) i like a bit shorter rod. mojo frog rod is 7'... mine will be 7'10" so yes, we can agree they are good quality at a great price point. lol
  13. the mojo rods are made of the same graphite, or very similar, to the avid rods. everyone has their own opinions. which is fine. i wont bash anyone for what they like to use. i love quantum. i use their reels, and until this season, their rods. before switching to a custom rod company whose prostaff i joined. quantum has a great lineup of rods. my one isue, was they were a little too stiff and prone to breakage. but, they have a great warrenty and are awesome to deal with. the reels, cant say anythin bad about them, had one problem with a tour edition and had it fixed no problem. lots of guys swear by shimano... i dont like them. wont use their stuff. just dont care for it. they have some nice equipment, but just find a lot of it is over priced. wait, i lied, i have a shimano rainsuit, and 2 citica E reels, which are a phenomenal reel for the price. but for 100 bucks, give or take, the mojo rods are an excellant rod for anyone looking for a quality rod. they have a good warrenty at 5 years, excellant price range, all technique specific models. when ur getting in to a 7'9" and 7'11" rod, that is designed for heavy fishing... the rod is gonna be heavier then others. its a given. but if u compare them to other flippin sticks u will see they are not overly heavy. i have 4 mojo rods, and they are great. the 7'6" med/hvy pitchin stick is an awesme rod. but, im selling all mine to get new ones from my sponsor. so, as we have all discussed so many times before, anytime a question pops up about rods or reels... it all comes down to each individual's preference. they brands they like to use, the money they wanna spend and how each rod looks and feels to them. mike, hope ur happy with the rod u purchased! enjoy bud.
  14. lol thanks, fixed it... see what happens when i try to type to fast... lol
  15. None other then Elite Series Pro, Kevin Van Dam!! This guys is pretty good eh?!
  16. have had my eyes glued to it since friday morning!! lol
  17. in your opinion... and several others. however, not in my opinion... and several others. to each their own!!
  18. only works for magellan GPS units though according to the site... not much use for us lowrance guys
  19. STAY AWAY FROM THE CARROT STIX! seriously, they're crap. too many problems with them, its why boyd duckett left the company. i would go with the curado E7 as far as reels go.
  20. a 4lb+ largie that was kissing my camera. lol, was really funny to see how curious it was of the camera
  21. KVD has the lead rite now with with 19-8 lbs. big bass is by Don Hogue with a 6lber!!
  22. giguare is a good goalie and has proven that. might i remind u, we have seen this before... how many teams have u seen with a good vetran goalie, have a young guy come in and play great. then, they sign him to a big contract extension, and ship out the vet... only to see the new guy fall back to reality the next season. happens all the time, cant just go saying hes the greatest and better then this guy or that guy, after half a season in net.
