  1. Good job Brian! You are a brave man to be out there today without a hut, lol. I drove the truck out a few miles from 9th and made sure I used it as a wind screen.
  2. They really need to have contact in the womens games, the stick work is brutal!
  3. Big wolves in Eastern Europe
  4. Decided to brave the whiteout conditions and hit Simcoe today with a buddy. If anyone plans on going out there, don't even think about it if you don't have a 4x4. I hit a old pressure crack that had a good 4ft snow drift built up against it and it completely enveloped the truck I was in 4wd the entire time out there with brand new snow tires and it was a tough go. Hit a couple places, popped a fish here and there then finally found the active fish... I got the big one about 30ft off the bottom, just chased it forever...

    Game time

If they play like that the rest of the tournament, I feel bad for any team they face...
  6. The iPhone doesn't have a true standalone GPS receiver.. It still needs a data signal in order to triangulate your position. It has aGPS, which is useless out in the boonies.
  7. Troutboy, Photobucket will automatically resize them... It's also free!
  8. Best game by far in the Olympics yet....
  9. Dave, are there settings on the HB that can be adjusted to ignore the interference? Or is it just the sensitivity that would take care of it?
  10. Chris, any suggestions on what the Grey/Bruce brookies and brownies like? I'll be putting in a lot of time on that water this year (I hope)
  11. Only busting your balls dude, I hope we can get out on Simcoe soon!!
  12. Windows Mobile + Garmin Mobile XT + Bluecharts = win.
  13. Humminbird + Marcum = wicked interference.. Unless I don't have my humminbird setup properly, I saw every single pulse that Marcum sent down towards the bottom, lol..
  14. HAHAHHAHAHHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doug, you rock!! That's hilarious!!
  15. Look at the size of that lake trout!! Great report Wayne.
  16. Just make sure you rinse them in fresh water when you are done fishing and you'll be fine. We use our freshwater reels all the time down in Florida.. Never an issue.
  17. Yup, I'm thinking a 3000 would be about perfect. 20lb chrome kings tend to go on very long runs
  18. I need something for pier chucking that can double for pike
  19. Oh I could use one of those... I think I need to take a trip down there.
