  1. With the way you are going this winter, you might bring one up through the ice :)
  2. Nothing like shooting your companion in the head after 15-20years of great service.
  3. I think a monster pike would think that's a pretty nice snack
  4. Aren't the 'giant' brookies in some of those pics actually splake? If not... good god.
  5. Dude, the next time you catch a small perch put it on a live bait rig and lower it back down
  6. Shut up my Shimano is better then your St.Croix!!!!! Don't argue with me!!!!!!!!!!!! I dunno why it's better!!! (ok I do, it's because I bought one) but still... mines better!!!
  7. I think you guys are forgetting you are talking about snot rockets I don't think you need to worry about anyone invading your secret spots..
  8. Look at the back on that last fish!!! Holy crap!!! Awesome fish man!!
  9. I'm pretty sure the website will only say if it's in stock or not..
  10. With all the $$$$ Berkley makes on Gulp, it shouldn't take a team of rocket scientists to figure out a leakproof container.. I love using Gulp leeches on worm harnesses, they last forever.
  11. Read the rules.. All submissions need to be made to the team captains who then will post the images, etc... http://www.ofncommunity.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=39532
  12. Mike, here is a pic of Solo on a trip we went on last year. Casting deck was custom built by my oldman, along with the floor etc.. You can see the pedestal seat was removed for the trip... It also has an opening on the face of the deck for storage etc... the second pic you can see the mount my oldman made up for the bowmount..
  13. We run a separate Sonar/GPS. Humminbird 747c along with an Eagle Intellimap 500C. Combine that with the Navionics Gold + maps and we have no complaints..
  14. I plan on trumping that brookie with monster snakes in June!!! lol
  15. Don't you remember filling the water bottles way out in the middle of the lake? lol Those 2 kegs were essential, I am so looking forward to bringing lots of beer in June
  16. Don't get the beaver fever!!!! Mike and I had no issues drinking water straight from the lake last year, but I have a feeling we were the only people on that lake in years.
  17. I get Musky Hunter and OOD through subscription but probably my fav is an online magazine called 'Catch Magazine' Pictures are insane, you won't find a magazine sold in stores that can even touch it. If you are a trout fanatic, I suggest you check it out. http://www.catchmagazine.net/
  18. We have a 15' Legend Widebody that's been pretty much through everything.. It's got a casting deck, livewell, riggers, all kinds of storage etc. I've been on bigger boats (16 and 17ft tillers) that aren't as stable... This little boat handles the bigger water just fine. One thing I will tell you though is go as big on the motor as you can afford. The max for ours is a 40HP 4stroke and that's exactly what's on the back...
  19. I can imagine how you rode that 125 They are either on or off, lol... XR's are probably the most bulletproof, reliable bikes ever made.. They just never quit.. But you really can't compare the two.
  20. A 250cc 2stroke competes with the 450cc 4stroke class, so it's not a matter of cc's.... I love the neck snapping acceleration of the 2stroke, but for trails, woods and stuff like that, you can't beat a 4stroke for lugging around. If I am on the track, I'd take the 2stroke every single time. Also a 2stroke is worlds cheaper to maintain then a 4stroke.. No valve adjustments, no expensive parts to blow up.. Get a hone, a new piston kit and you are good to go...
  21. Me and Solo on our way out from a spec fishing trip last spring.. The waves didn't look to bad until we got in the middle of the lake.. Holy Crap! I hate canoes to start off with, this was insanity
