  1. That package is probably close to 2k (Depending on the rod) The reel itself is well over $1000.
  2. They rock. I usually brown some garlic in a bunch of butter, then saute them in that. Holy geez, talk about mouth watering. I'm doing chicken parm tonight, anyone have a kicka$$ recipe?
  3. I should have known you'd post that, lol!
  4. You could always drop in by float plane
  5. If you aren't anchored perfectly and the boat is swinging, it will be hard to play the chase game with them.
  6. If you're looking for a deal, the floor models are usually on clearance in the fall. That's when I picked up my Vermont Castings.
  7. Call the MNR and see what they say, but I'm guessing there's no public access to that lake.
  8. BKs are great BBQs for the price.
  9. Shane is most likely right. V2 foot pedals tend to crap out... (Actually they all do)
  10. Stashed boats are usually fair game. Treat them with respect and you'll have no worries.
  11. Nice shoulders on that thing!!!! Beauty!
  12. Best $$$ I've spent on the boat other then my Terrova..
  13. There are a tonne of sites out there that don't strip EXIF, and what about the guys uploading their pics directly to their own site? Still lots and lots of ways for people to screw up, lol.
  14. Upload to PB, it strips EXIF automatically.. Still not a smart idea to embed your GPS info into your fishing pics if you don't have to, lol.
  15. Chris, I use the SI and DI on my HB all the time..
  16. If you want salmon/trout head to OS. I wouldn't bother wasting my time fishing out of Midland.
  17. I like knowing that I've got another way back home if the main dies. Plus it keeps the hours off the big motor when trolling the big lake...
  18. Very sad news... Wayne you've got my most heart felt condolences...
  19. You should see the monsters swimming around the Oak, lol. All kinds. Guys rope them up all the time.
  20. Sounds like someone on Spoonpullers had some luck starting in 60-100fow. Check out the thread. Nothing giant but action is action.
  21. It's a fact you own an Apple product, lol.
  22. I love loop knots for topwaters, I usually use 20-30lb mono (as it floats).. Works pretty good. I dunno if I'be tying the same with 8-12lb though. The knot definitely isn't one of the stronger ones.
  23. Not really, it all depends on the app.. Take Facebook Messenger for example.
