  1. It's your boat..... This guy sounds like a jackass or just really REALLY stupid.
  2. If there's only ever one car parked in your spot at a time, then I don't see a problem (Shouldn't matter whos car it is) I'd probably call the outfitter and figure out what his/her issue is.
  3. I don't care what the Leafs do next year, I'm hoping to see them be a contender in 3-4 years. As for Edmonton? Look at what they've done with their first round picks, lol they suck.
  4. I'm guessing OS is going to be a zoo today
  5. You really don't have to worry about the rule of thirds when taking pics of stuff that far away, I think that Blood Moon shot is a 66% or a 100% crop. If you haven't already, check out a book called 'Understanding Exposure'. It's a great read and will really help you out.
  6. It really depends on the lens you are using. When I've got my EF 100-400mm @ 400mm the camera will autofocus pretty easily. I also like to focus via Liveview with the 10X zoom, that really helps. I find the camera sometimes has a harder time with the exposure level (Again all depends on the situation). I always like to use the rule of thirds, I try not to place the subject right in the middle of the pic (At least in POST, during my actual shooting I really don't care, lots to crop out)
  7. I was out for hours trying to get the top one. So many clouds that night, I think I got 6 keeper shots! I wish the ISO was lower but it's not too bad.
  8. Blaque, you mind if we make this an official 'Moon' thread? I'm sure Rodbender has some great ones! Blood_Moon_Sept_2015 by billmarz, on Flickr August 2014 Supermoon by billmarz, on Flickr Moon by billmarz, on Flickr
  9. Nice!!! The moon can be a bit tough at times.
  10. I've never found crappie to be on a worm bite, plastics for sure. Now gills, sunfish and rock bass? Worms all day.
  11. Someone close this thread now, nothing else needs to be said, lol!!!!
  12. 6-12ft, shallower early mornings/evenings.
  13. I'd bet the Ganny is also classified as the same. Would be interesting to hear what a local CO thinks.
  14. I need to get a rain water collection setup done this year. Screw paying the city to water my grass, lol.
  15. What sections of the Ganny are not considered navigable?
  16. I'd love to see it, there aren't many navigable waterways in this province where landowners still have stream bed rights. I only know of one that I fish.
  17. Steelhead has been open all year You boys should be fishing residents!
  18. Small spoons, spinners, stick baits, etc. Might run into a resident brown or two.
  19. It's really not the CO's responsibility to look up your info. He's doing your a favour in doing so, opposed to giving you a ticket. And what happens if you're way out in the boonies with no data signal?
