I have one of these. What do you need to know about it.

Yes I have this kit which I take my electronics from my boat and use them ice fishing as well. I do this for the GPS points from softwater fishing.

I have this portable pack from Lowrance for 3 of my units. They work great and I have never had a problem. Just make sure you follow the battery charge times correctly and even charge the battery while not in use in the summer and you will be fine.

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I'm sure that you are right that he is in a better place right now. My condolences from my family to yours for your loss.

I have been waiting for this for a long time now. Could not be prouder parents. My little baby girl Rylea was born today at 7:28am. Baby is healthy and Mom is doing awesome. I'm on top of the world today for sure. I cant wait till she can hold that little pink fishing rod. Rylea Me and Rylea (Those little eyes make me melt everytime) My wife and I and our little baby girl All my friends told me what would happen and the feelings but nothing can prepare you for the sensational feeling you get when you first get to hold your first little one.

Hope his back gets better. I have been through every type of stuff know for my back until I found this guy in Markham. Dr William Webber (Chriopractor) He fixed by back avoiding surgery. One of the best out there and have very flexible hours and will even do it on the weekends from his home office rather than his office in Markham. Not trying to market Dr's but my back was to the point where I could not walk. Now I'm back to normal and avoided surgery. Not very expensive either. Very nice guy and explains everything to you as well. I have not had to go in a while but still tend to go sometimes just to get my back alligned, feels great.

I would assume that most people are in the GTA area anyways, still figured I would have got more responses than this.

Before I order this rod I was wondering if someone here had a gently used one or a new one they are not using. I have a few GLX loomis rods for trade (Bass) I have a couple of newer GLX rods that have never been used including the Crankbait one. . Yeah, Thats a little to far to ship. Some DVD's that I have are - Mike Auten, Great Lakes Bass, , Kevin Vandam-Spinnerbaits, Bob Izumi, Spro BBZ Advanced Swimbait Technique DVD, Big Bait Posse Dave Mercer Videos, Kevin Vandam-Flippin and Pitchen, Kevin Vandam-Pattern for Changing weather. Tons of books on Walleye, Advanced bass fishing, Roland Martins book, Freshwater angling series. Pike & Muskie, Bass, Walleye, Ice Fishing, Etc.

I have bought 4 of these rods to test. I have casted them in lake Ontario a couple of times but have not fished them good yet. I will be testing them soon. I really liked the look and the weight of them. I think that they will be a big seller.

I have alot of fishing DVD's and dont really want to buy anymore. Just wondering if anyone would be interested in a swap. Not to keep. Just borrow , watch and then return. We could even do the book swap thing as well. I have a ton of books on every type of fishing known. Just need to find them. I would say that a 1-2 week time period would be good. Let me know what you guys think.

I have fished those same ponds for years. How long are you going to be down there. I can give you some nice areas close to Town that have some bigger ones and probally hook you up with my friends to go for some sea trout. I may be down there in a few weeks for the Trout run. These trout are natural and you would be surprised but that pond pictured in your pics does have a river(Gutter as they call then down there) No stocking just proper fishing and clean,clear,water and air for them to breed and not alot of people fish them.

Gagnons has their frogs as well as Jp's and I beleive Fishing world. The nest raider you wont get here. You will find some of their crankbaits here in Certain places. You wont find much of them. You will have to go states side. I will let you know the next time I'm going down if you dont get them bu then.

I have had a ew Chevy trucks. I like the 5.3L engines the best. I have had the 4.8L and if you are towing or working the engine at all it will burn the same, cause more stress on the engine and keep the revs higher thus burning more gas and causing premature wear on the engine. I have owned 2 of the newer ones. I find the 5.3 to be the best. I put a K&N filter kit with the tube on and it performs very well. I drive up to Elephant lake area all summer long and it burms a little under 1/2 tank while pulling a 18 footer with a 175. Tons of power and engine works less when driven normally and dont forget. The # 1 reason I like it. If you are on the highway and you need to pass with a boat on it will give you the power you need, the 4.8L will not. The 4.8L will bog no matter what you do. I should mention that mine is a 4x4 as well the tank is a 90L tank as well.

Yeah! Targeting any spawning bass is not good. I would not have that in mind or even mention it to most guys. I dont like to target any species while spawning. I will not even go spring rainbow fishing just because of that. I fish for them in the fall. Soon as you pull that fish away panfish will raid that nest and kill all the eggs. I'm not a saint by any means but thats no better than poaching or taking more than your limit. You seem to like fishin to much to start off on the wrong foot like that. Second note. Here is where I buy my baits usually. www.tacklewarehouse.com You can use this bait for Bass just a $10 Plus bait will get expensive, better off using a lizard style bait. This bit does work very well around stumps and logs. I use it while fishing Baptiste, looks more real around wood as this is where they type of lizards would tend to be. Hope this helps.

I got the Nest Raider when they came out early last year. Dont waste your money. We cant fish bedding fish here anyways. That bait was designed for guys to use on Bedding fish or just before spawn. I used it here alot last year with miminal success. Great bait but just not for here. By the time we start fishing them this bait would be no good anyways. I found it better for bass mid summer and for walleye in spring. Their Swimbaits are very good. I have all of them and fish them often. Little cheaper than most so thats a bonus. Topwaters are very good as well. The wooden frog works well when fished at the right time. Much like the Megabass Gatta X baits design. Their bubble popper baits are basically the same as Megabass and Cultiva just much cheaper. Their stickbaits are not that good at all. I wouls spend money elsewhere for stickbaits. I wouls suggest LC or Evergreen flash minnow styles or pointers if you want to go that route.

They are a good company. I have a ton of their products. Do not but the bully frog. Rips very easily and just is not a good one. What baits were you looking at. I can give you info on most of them.
