The media makes the same story up every single election...even in canada I can clearly recall when Harper won his last majority the media going on and on about how tight the race was and it turned out to be a complete landslide victory. As fun as it is to watch the show...you cant actually believe that that high of a percentage of the American population is actually going to vote for trump. Dont get me wrong, there are obviously a lot of ignorant people out there, but literally every single person that ive seen openly admitting to being a trump supporter is also pretty bat crap crazy themselves.

trump isnt even close to winning. The media needs something to talk about and the script writes itself. As much flak as Hilary is taking...when was the last time you knew of a straight shooting politician that actually got elected? People are acting like they are disgusted at the fact that Hilary's got dirt on her...yet these same guys are the ones that rigged the election to get george bush into office twice. The same people that brought ronald reagan in too... Im a big Obama fan, but im sure dudes even got some grease under him. Perhaps the saddest part out of all of this is that it really truly proves just how dumb people are.

this concept is totally new to me, but honest question, please feel free to call me an idiot of its obvious...but i notice that none of the major players are on board with this?? the Lawrence, humminbirds and eagles of the world? I for one have never understood how something such as marine GPS's have not fully embraced the crowd sourcing technology that is easily available, but when it comes to people's safety, you would think that you could put your differences aside and work together to ensure accurate charts and safety equipment for everyone to use. I thought by now every single square inch of every major body of water, especially when it comes to popular areas would have easy to follow accurate charts...but such isnt the case. Of course I like the fact that the area around my cottage is uncharted because it makes it harder for everyone to fish...but at the same time I dont like the idea of anyone getting hurt...so alas im willing to sacrifice my lumps and humps.

to be honest...you get what you pay for for the most part... buy 5 30 dollar reels...or buy 1 200 dollar reel and it will last a lifetime. Lots of guys would disagree, but the only reels ive ever had completely fall apart on me or fail were 50 or less. Im a big fan of the sienna...its a nice feeling cheap spinning reel...but if you fish it too much it too will fail. Ive had mine a couple of years and the bearings inevitably started to fail.

heres how i take it and im sure someone here is going to lose it on me but this is my opinion so whatever. I am of the firm belief that we must all do what we can to avoid the dangers of criminals and the like around us. Its really no different than someone complaining about being assaulted while walking alone through a bad neighborhood in the middle of the night. Ill make it clear, that no one and i mean absolutely nobody at all deserves to be murdered/shot or assaulted. People like to go on about victim blaming, but im a firm believer that we are all responsible for our own well being. If you really truly are an innocent victim i.e. jane creba or one of these mass shooting victims...i feel immense sadness for you...but if you become a victim of crime because you are a criminal, i have a lot less sympathy for you directly. The kid clearly had some mental issues, by refusing to back down he placed himself in a very very precarious situation. It just so happened that he crossed the wrong guy that day and ended up paying the ultimate price for it. People die every day that do far less or are much better people than this guy. So do i feel really bad for the guy? Not particularly...maybe im cold hearted that way. I do believe that this sentence is a joke though...the cop murdered him. The additional 6 shots while the guy is laying dead on the ground proves the intent. In the end i feel the worst for the victims parents, and for the murderers family cause both dont deserve the trauma that they are experiencing now.

cant stress the need for side cutters and a good net enough. Watching Pete perform surgery on a big ski netted in the big kahuna was all it took me to know that they are a necessity. Without them, that fish was dead for sure.

yo im thinking of a master plan im blinging with the ski in hand i got a mafk right to shine i paid my dues i earned this fish i abuse hey man, landing a musky that size on 8lb nano is a feat regardless of size. i always dreamed of the day that i accidentally ran into a GB musky. I even spend a lot of time casting big lures for pike and unfortunately have never had the pleasure of catching one of these toothy buggers well done and congrats

Hahaha unreal We actually had these come stock with the scotties...what we didnt like was the requirement to put a loop in the line before placing them in the rigger. It always sketched us out especially if it is rough reaching out to the ball and making a loop in the line. We are heavily considering it though especially for calm days. Part of the problem is that we are also "over geared" a bit for these smaller lakers. Our stuff is more salmon based trolling gear. Ya it turned out pretty well, and was a great learning experience. Yes thats Dave with the beard lol. Not a lot of work was required behind the tile besides putting in rockboard and running a couple of new lines to the sink and the shower. Easy stuff mainly! Good call on the furniture ahhaa I will keep that in mind. Heading out this weekend hopefully...lets see what i can figure out! im trying my best to make the most of what ive got.

its been dry this year and hot...expect the deer and horse flys to be pretty bad blackflies will be long gone and the skitters shouldnt be that bad except at dusk. But even then they shouldnt be that bad this year because of the heat. I would say bring some bug dope and you should be fine.
