in a 4 or even 3 game series id take the jays over the O's for sure because the starting pitching is not even close...the problem is that the O's get to start their best against our best. Disadvantage jays...that to me leaves them almost equal, however the bullpen is a slight edge to the O's...ughhh i cant take it anymore!

im guessing you feel sick to your stomach today like me... the nerves ive got are just incredible... lots of talk about taking lariano over stroman...the biggest reason is the O's batting average against lefties I get it though, stroman threw the first playoff pitch in 20 years last year, and subsequently was lights out for the rest of the playoffs. He also keeps balls down rather than popped up. To me this game is basically a coin toss that will 100% rely on the jays bats either being there or not. September stats say that we will see the jays score 2 runs and be done...while part of me hopes that the relief of not feeling like you are in a total meltdown collapse will allow the guys to swing a little more freely. Plus, lets be honest here, pitchers have a really really hard time dancing around the edges of the strike zone when the pressure is on...what that means is that youve got a few more pitches that will reach the heart of the plate rather than staying exactly where our bats dont want the pitches to go. I think thats really been the difference as of late, is that pitchers know exactly where to put the ball against our bats, and 140 games into a season your pitching feels pretty comfortable putting the ball where it needs to be. Come playoffs all bets are hopefully off, all i know is that the jays better score early or the game will be done by the 6th inning. Personally my gut is telling me that the jays are going to get steamrolled 7-1...but i really hope that they prove me wrong. There really is few things that feel like watching the home side win a big game.

good timing, expect lots of smaller fish with bigger ones mixed in...the monsters typically show up a lot later, like february later. Numbers though will be had a plenty, although i would have waited until halloween, but hopefully they are getting fired up while you are there. I will say that currently our 2 year class fish population is very very solid so expect some serious numbers, last year we were catching 40+ a day. Big fish was caught the 28th and was 25 inches long but 8lbs...GB walleye are pigs. Strict slot with tight possession limits...make sure you read the regs and stick hard to them, consider bringing a bumper board. Patterns Dead sticked jig with a shiner Carolina rig with a shiner hair jigs minnow raps in areas with heavy current. and drop shots with shiners holes, drop offs, areas with shelves surrounded by 40 FOW. 12-25FOW slow slow slow...lots of guys troll, but i always get them stationary.

As a comment, i recently boycotted bass pro after visiting and discovering that they stopped carrying the majority of products that I use because they now only want to sell BP branded items. I figured I would give cabelas a shot this past friday...needless to say after 5 minutes in the store i left empty handed. No loss here because cabellas to me just seemed like a cheap knock off bass pro...which is really saying something cause BP has turned straight garbage. Please Sail...dont fail me now.

im really hoping i can find a window to at least throw a few flies for some brookies locally but being the best man at a friends wedding on saturday is really tying me down...word to the wise incase anyone here is ignorant to this...never and i mean ever...book your wedding on a long weekend. Im going to give my buddy a pass because he is probably just ignorant to the major party foul he has done...but for real im spreading the word, never ever book your wedding on a long weekend.

to me it sounds like you are supporting the netting of fish because you are too lazy to go catch one yourself. You sir are part of the problem, the white man has an obligation to be responsible for our resources as well. This isnt a native exclusive problem.
