hi folks im heading up to zone 8 in a few days and want to target whitefish what is the best thing to use as for line bait ect... any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

go with the willow branches like DANC said add some good line a hook n minnow and sinker and a red ribbon and your set no need for ice rods espeacially if you dont pay attention to them as they dissapear quickly if the pike are lurking around then again if u like perch fishing the panfish popper is a good combo but for pickeral and pike stick with the willow branch and if not a piece of hockey stick clothes hanger and a small spool of line will be good

i dont know too much on these and im no mecanic my dad bought a kit last year but it still doing the same whenever u pull the cord to start it say 3 times the muffler fills right up with gas maybe 2 to 3 cup fulls i just dont think it is right it starts up and stays running but as long as u spray gas in the carb maybe its just a jet thing or some kinda adjustment its a great little machine for making trails and it would be cool to get her going again any ideas

i have a 1977 skidoo elan 250 single sitting in my parents garage and i wanna get it running for this upcoming ice season it needs a carb im looking for a Tillotson Carburetor so if anyone has one and some spare parts i am definitly interested please help a brother out thanks

Naughty u better pack some woolies they are getting pounded hard by the snow maybe even bring a shovel just in case lol temps are -15 -20 if u plan on doing any ice fishing scratch larder lake off your books it is considered a fish sanctuary until feb 14 2008 but then again i may be wrong talk to the folks at the larder lake gas station they might help u out for some good fishing in the area have fun and drive safe ps i will be going up there in 2 weeks cant wait i can already here the fish calling my name lol
