  1. I've used the med size yellow bird a few times with a downrigger rod, seems to work fine.
  2. Ya, keep mine in the boat, makes a great toilet seat.
  3. i like your left rear stickers, don't suppose there's any more available anywhere.
  4. I checked with them for car insurance a while back because of their claim of reduced rates for seniors. Complete bull wonky. they wanted about 500 more than my present company.
  5. 10 Amps is roughly 1000 watt, that 16 awg can handle that no problem at all even at 50' long.
  6. You can buy a whole lot of buckets and socks for that price.
  7. Well the only thing slightly positive, everyone can get out and fix their docks before the water comes back.
  8. X2, during charging the level can come up and overflow. Too late now.
  9. I've experienced both in use, for me it's a drift sock. Trolling plates are good if you're only trolling forward, a drift sock can be used in both directions, especially good when back trolling. If you're drift fishing for walleye, then the trolling plate is useless, the sock on the other hand can be hung off the side of the boat. I made my own from the top 3 inches of a 5 gallon bucket leaving the rim edges on. Then out with the sewing machine and made a long tapered cone from nylon with about a 4 inch hole. The upper edge doubled over with a 550 cord drawsting tight around the top of the bucket. It can 't collapse. I use it mostly for slow salmon trolling in the spring or when I'm alone in the boat downrigging, keeps me in a straight line.
  10. Well I wasn't 100% sure, but the Yamaha F40 does have a built in water/fuel separator with a little float.
  11. You take it out and the valve from the tube goes there.
  12. P/A has small tire tubes for wheelbarrows. $3.99 item #8244618
  13. Dave is there any particular model, see through or not filter you're using. I'm toying with the idea of mounting one just to be on the safe side. Mines a 40 Yama 4 strk.
  14. Ya, I can remember the guys using dash cams with mic packs about 12-14 years ago, read only, no way to delete anything.
  15. If I'm not mistaken there's a bunch out there already.
  16. Run the batteries in parallel through an isolator/combiner switch, lets you run #1 or #1 + #2 batteries while the main motor is running.
  17. Read some of the reviews, seems you need a high output alternator for it to work well.
  18. Well the buggers have lowered their prices, they were a bunch more 2 years ago buying direct from them in Wiarton.
  19. Well the silver sharks retail for about $70-80 new, the black balls for around $30. The first pic, walker swivel, around $60. Last pic, Shimano TDR downrigging rods, around $35 new, the one Shimano TR 200 reel, about $80 new. The Walker downriggers, no idea.
  20. I can just see some dude using them to poke some unsuspecting girls butt and she turns and drifts the guy beside her.
  21. X2, that's what I use on those hot calm days on GBay.
  22. I picked up my first long sleeve UV shirt at B Pro about 3 years ago, not cheap, then about 2 months later Marks Workwear had then on for 50% off, I grabbed 3 more. They work.
