  4. I just replaced with new. Not aware if ethanol tolerant lines are available.
  5. Also running a 1991 Evinrude without any issues. As Spiel suggested, I changed my fuel supply line. The assumption that marinas are providing ethanol free fuel is not true.
  6. I switched to Patagonia Cloud Ridge Jacket and Pants about 5 years ago and have been very pleased.
  7. Salt cure. Air dry in fridge overnight and sprinkle with mule team borax and into day sized baggies has been my go to for the last 25 years.
  8. Consider Streamside, low budget good performance for the price rods.

  15. I replaced mine after 27 years, just because....with no real issues. I keep my original line as a spare.
  16. I agree on the durability and abrasion issue when using nanofill for floatfishing in freezing conditions. Crystal is superior IMO. What is even better is the fireline Ultra 8; however, they have chosen to discontinue this product as well. I had to search a lot to find one spool.
  17. Looking forward to seeing the completed rod.
  18. X2 on the motherboard being the likely culprit.
  19. Please no more more covid opinions. The thread just goes sideways from there.
  20. I worked as a Resource Tech there in 1978. The only restricted lake access was the former mill property south of the Frost Centre that was the home of the biologist. That property was sold separately.
  21. Baitfish eggs you cannot release into the water. If chumming of eggs was to be targeted, you can bet the regs will be quite specific on that matter.
  22. You missed the part that this new law has to do with BAITFISH and not roe. No need to muddy the water with your statement.
  23. Possession or Use of Bait 28 (1) No person shall release or deposit, or attempt to release or deposit, into any waters, or within 30 m of any waters, any of the following: (a) live or dead bait or baitfish, including fish eggs, gametes or parts; or (b) the water, soil or other materials in the container used to hold the materials set out in paragraph (a). (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of plant-based bait. (3) Paragraph 1(b) does not apply to water that is taken from the waters where the person is fishing, used in either a recirculating device attached to or forming part of a fishing vessel or a moveable container holding bait or baitfish, and deposited back into the same waters or within 30 m of those waters. As G. Mech states this section only refers to baitfish. There is no reference to your catch
  24. He may be referring to Bluefox spoons
