  1. Congrats FG72!!! Nice little present at this time of year! Just remember when she grows up she'll want two presents at this time of year!! Congrats again and hope everyone is doing well.
  2. 320.9
  3. Welcome, welcome! This is a great board and the place to be looking for fishing info!
  4. Really great, I had to do a double take just to make sure I was on the right page. Great job!
  5. Awe man! I have to work sats, how about the sunday?
  6. Neat bug, I've never heard of it until now, I guess I'll have one more thing to ty before hitting the ice in Jan (if only the ice would form faster, hmm).
  7. Misfish, it's called the "real thang"? The one at BPS is not suggesting to use it except with 4" or 5" augers made by strikemaster or polar. I've got a finn-bore 7" but that is not recommended. Clampet, I've tried to google it, the closest thing is called "ice kicker 2" at doesn't even mention what it adapts to, however the hole guard looks like an accident waiting to happen. Anyone else?
  8. Hey all, My friend was just at BPS and bought a drill bit attachement for a manual auger. It was about $25, but it only works on a couple of models of manual augers (strikemaster/polar). Has anyone heard of or seen an attachment for Finn-bore? Thanks
  9. Lew, I wish I had that problem of not remembering a musky I've caught. I'm still working on number 1 as to you and the ####'s you have caught. Good luck, hope someone on the board remembers that outing with you.
  10. Sadly, not any more. I had taken classes when I was a young child, once in high school. I can't seem to stay afloat without assistance. Even when I relax in water I sink, heavy boned. Thus, I always wear my PFD on the water regardless how ridiculus I may look.
  11. UA1990, You won't find BPS or LeB's gift cards at those stores, they are competitors. LeB's is only offered at LeB's so far as I know. I thought I saw a BPS gift card at an Esso convienence store while paying for gas, I'll look again next time I'm there.
  12. WTG Joey! Congrats again!
  13. Cliff and Carole, Awesome report again! Congrats on the new PB! I hope your luck continues on the ice, it'll be nice to see your reports if it continues like it has. Stan
  14. Born in Toronto, raised mostly in T.O. and have lived in Markham for just over 15 years now.
  15. Toque, as many have already said. LOL Terry! I needed that before getting off work today! Now Pete, you'll know better the next time someone's gonna take your pic! Thanks again for the chuckle.
  16. I'll third the Winterforce tires. I have them on my van and there better than the CT winter tires I paid more for a year earlier. They are directional tires made for winter. I got mine at Midas. They sell out quite quick at the location I was at (Midland/Steeles) so call before you go to anywhere. Stan
  17. Crappieperchhunter, yes, the rec hall was still there when i was there. if I remember corectly it was a rusty red coloured building opposite to the sleeping area. I still remember the time when moose strolled right through the camp in broad daylight without any concerns about us being there. Also had a turtle lay a bunch of eggs under the staircase to the messhall. Very cool that your kids have also gone!
  18. Wow, I'll say it again WOW! Awesome thread and great pics by everyone! I'll have to start taking up photo class after looking at these pics! Stan
  19. Congrats on your breaking your 'ski streak! I'll have to wait until next year for me to attempt for my first 'ski. WTG!
  20. Yeah, '90 Kioshkokwi Camp Algonquin Park, was nicknamed the "last JR" as my name was last on the list in that camp, also the last year it was called JR before changing to OR.
  21. Now Terry, you're dating yourself when you still use "Junior Rangers", I was in the last group called that. They're are now upgraded in name to "Ontario Rangers" (the last I heard anyways). WTG, Rick on keeping this up for the MNR COs!
  22. WTG on the outing, great beautiful pics of those fish!
  23. Wow, great post and pics! I hope one day I'll be able to make a trip over there for some fishing. I'll just keep dreaming for now. Thanks for sharing.
