See what happens when you get rid of all the "prissy" players and have young, HARD working players who have to play that way to stay in the league! None of this "ya..i might try tonight" attitude. These guys HAVE to play each shift like its their last just to say in the league. Just goes to show you how hard work pays off, even if your not the most talented team in the league. Adding Burke would be the smartest move they could do.....there are a lot of great UFA's out there that will be moved (Mr. Kovalchuk for example) and he is the guy to make those moves! If they make a couple moves and bring some highly-skilled guys in..... they might actually have a shot at the *gasp* playoffs.

Exactly! I don't think of my vehicle as a race car, unlike a lot of the "Civic Nation". I am not doing 160 swerving in and out of traffic, thinking I am cool.

I agree that something needs to be done about cell phone users while driving, but what they really need to do is ban people who drive small cars (CIVIC's being the worst it seems) from thinking they are in race cars. Those are the real danger to everyone. Just because you have rims and a huge stupid looking spoiler, doesn't make you fast!

I'm heading up to the cottage one final time, and since its going to be so nice out, figured I would try my luck for musky again. I went out opening weekend with no luck at all (except for one swimming into my trolling motor!). That was my first time musky fishing. Since I am such a musky rookie, any help on the typical locations (depth, structure, etc) would be greatly appreciated. No I am not asking for your spots...just general locations where my chances would be the best, and what techniques to focus on. My cottage is right around the "Hell's Gate" area. You cant say that someone doing 50+ on a back country road at night, with no one else around is the same as those BLOODY civic's (who think they are race cars), swerving in and out of traffic on the 401/400. Give me a break!

I agree. Big different between "racing" and "speeding". To me, its just another Bull money making thing, and also another "power tripping" thing for the cocky cops. My wifes friend got caught under this law......she was on a back country road at 11:30 at night (after working 16 hrs that day), with NO ONE else around.....yet she was "street racing". I guess the cop thought she was racing her shadow..???

If your pocketbook will allow it, get a digital SLR camera for sure. They are league's above the point and shoot models. I have a Canon Rebel XT (8 mp) DSLR, and its an amazing camera. Easy to use, customizable with different lenses & flashes. Unreal quality as well. For the little extra money, its WELL worth the investment.
