Not expensive but my buddie threw my ancor overboard that was'nt latched on. He didd'nt replace the ancor, ( I had another) but he did buy me floating rope.

Vest x2. I have one for Trout , Perch and the likes. One for Bass Pike Walleye. For ease I went to Michael's and got tic tac boxes. no tangles and you would believe the crap, and good stuff, you can bring with you.

Thanks all. Ive benn using mono all my life. A friend said to switch months back, (early fall) then while watching fish T.V yesterday, they were promoting the suffix fluro and got me to thinking. Thanks again

This has probably been on here before. flurocarbon or mono? Another question is can I fill a spool with fluro, as you would mono? I fish everything under the sun from Bass, Pike, Perch Crappy, eyes, you name it. My biggest question would be does fluro last longer than mono? My stuff takes a real beating year round. x2... 50/50 vinegar water. I use baby clothes to wipe, clean and wax. Waxing will help a lot.

Thanks Doug. That did come in helpful. I went to the Galt sportsman club last wednesday and fooled around for a bit. One gun (I cant remember what it was) felt like the end of the barrel wanted to tip towards the ground. I just handed it back politley and said no.
