  1. That's just plain nuts Dan, I'd have moved from that area a LOOOONG time ago.
  2. Family time at the lake is always fun times. Thanks for taking us along on the trip Simon, it was excellent !!
  3. The Garage & the Bear were always a sure bet for a musky or 2
  4. I've spent some time at Ausible & Whiteface myself Drew, but somehow my pictures didn't come out as good as yours Great bunch of pictures of a wonderful summer for you & yours.
  5. Yup, works for me Davey and it sounds like maybe they've found a nice new home for Charlie.
  6. Everyone puts down the trucks they DON'T own Phil, whether they be Ford, Dodge, Chevy or Toyota. Personally, I normally just skip over these posts.
  7. Lots of submerged rocks up that way that aren't market on the GPS and we've all hit them...and will again Sounds like you guys did really well considering it was your 1st time on that body of water. I was sposed to head over to Cross Lake for some musky fishing a few weeks back but we didn't make it, although we did go for a non-fishing cruise one day and it sure does have some good looking spots. Will be hitting it for sure when we're back up that way next summer.
  8. Happy to hear I'm not alone Drew LOL
  9. The product I pictured above goes on as a clear liquid then dries and just leaves a slick surface with nothing for any gritty substances to adhere to. Works well for me anyhoo.
  10. I remember a few years back Shaun they had an actual forum where you could talk to other members, plus the fellas that ran the site and if there were any issues, they'd help you right there. Things changed at one point and I've never seen that forums since.
  11. Thanks Gordy
  12. Been using Photobucket for a long time now Drew and find it normally works well so I spose their entitled to the odd problem. For a computer dolt like myself I need things simple and PhotoBucket generally fits that profile for me
  13. This is what I use on my door tracks and hinges and it works well.
  14. Interesting Roy, but I switched to IE and Photobucket said my username and password were incorrect even though they are correct, so I switched back to Chrome and now everything seems to be working normally again. Weird stuff for sure. Perhaps just a temporary glitch with Chrome.
  15. I'm using Chrome Bill, but Roy if your saying there's an issue with Chrome I'll give IE a try and see what happens.
  16. Anyone else having issues with Photobucket ?? I tried to post a picture to FisherPetes page about his trip to the St. Lawrence but something weird is happening. When I first opened Photobucket this morning it was slow to load but eventually it did. I copied the link below the picture as I always do but when I pasted it to my post all that came up is a small white box. You can see it in the last post to Pete's story. After that when I open Photobucket, all I see is the small white square. A quick message flashed at the top of the page saying " A plug in shockwave isn't responding" then disappeared again. Thinking the issue was with my computer I tried using my laptop and the same issue is happening....just the small white square and no pictures appearing. If I right click on the pictures in Photobucket to enlarge them all I see is a big grey box. Any thoughts ??
  17. Yup, she was definitely unique Pete and really nicely colored.
  18. Interesting how so many governments enact laws and tell us it's to keep us safe and save our lives, but still allow cigarettes to be legal. Wonder if it could have anything to do with the taxes they collect ?? Naw, couldn't be that....could it ?? Nothing more phoney than a politician.
  19. That would be Upper Buck that leads into Pigeon. Edit ....I didn't see your post Dutch.
  20. Yup, just like having a drivers license makes everyone a great driver Roy. LOL
  21. Sorry Adam, I missed your question, but yes, the life jacket that the OPP said was too large for the child was in an American boat and they were in Ontario for a 1 week vacation.
  22. And here's something else where there's a difference. Back in '99 I bought a new Crestliner and the capacity plate said it was rated for 50 HP in Canada and 90 HP in the States. I called CCG and they said Canada didn't think the boat should be rated for 90 HP even though it was designed in the States to carry that much HP
  23. I use TE's for casting but for trolling big baits it's a Tekota 600LC
  24. Happy to hear I was able to help you slime the new boat Ryan.
  25. G always seems to find the brutes !!!
