Just messing around on the property with the atv ! I got a 18 foot Sea Ray Bowrider....Not exactly great for shallow bass fishing as it doesnt have a trolling motor.

On bass opener 2 weeks ago, we were on a remote lake up north and OPP shows up... Dont you know it, I forgot my fishing licence in the cottage.. He was ok with SWEARING ON MY LIFE that I have had a fishing license for the past 15 years and lets us go on our way.... 15 rods on our bass boat deck might have influenced him!

  22. Hi all, Spent our weekend at a beautiful spot , 4 hours from Toronto ( sorry location is a secret ) Weather was iffy, Friday and sat but Sunday and Monday were great , lots of small bass around a lb but we did manage 5 over 2lbs and a smallish about 3 and a sweet largie about 5 , top water and drop shotting were the key this weekend.
  23. Good call on the plywood for the tires/bearings,sun roasting them cant be a good thing. I'm defiantly gonna look into a set of bearing buddies. I assume Canadian tire should carry them. Bounce sheets! don't want little buggers eating up the canvas etc. I checked on the trailer yesterday and the wiring connection is the same 4 prong that is used on my boat, I assume this means i don't have electric brakes. When off grid, it appears the heater will run off the propane, and the heater FAN runs off the battery, probably not for long. Should be fun.. looking forward to it.
  24. Great info , hopefully the first weekend , makes for good times and also more time to fish:)
