  1. I like both, mid winter when im sick of the hassle of ice fishing, nothings better than sitting BY THE BEACH BOYYYY in jamaica....awesome ! and i get to go fishing too... sounds good to me... during the summer months, id rather be on the lake !

  9. Ill look into it ! The navionics map is awesome for the iphone.... no need for a seperate GPS and a 150 map for it !

It is open from what i was told(not 100 sure), its more of a softwater fishery and there isn't much action but im sure you could catch some Pike with some nice big minnows, maybe even a walleye that made it over from Baptiste. Let us know how it goes as I always thought to give it a try during the winter.

  16. I fiberglass coated the bottem of the clam with resin and it held up for 2 days then ripped off
  17. do you tow yours accross the ice with a sled/ quad? tub takes a beating when going at 50 km/hr

  19. +1 After we trekked around in the sled all sunday and going through enough slushholes that almost slowed us down to a stop. It might be a tough year for ice driving. ** Doesn't effect me though since Ive retired for driving vehicles on the ice
  20. I stopped by Walmart this am and picked up 2 different JB welds. http://jbweld.net/products/water.php & http://jbweld.net/products/jbweld.php Not sure which one im going to use but I will give the repair a test this weekend on quinte
  21. i do the same with my bros x67c, getting it to sit and read right in the whole is another story.... Should of got an ICE ducer as i bought another one made for the boat and it glitchy

  23. After running around simcoe today and gathering tones of snow in my tub due to a couple cracks in the plastic, I now need to do some plastic welding , any recommendations on where to get an inexspensive plastic welder in the gta??
  24. Learned today: check your leader and check it again.... The first fish tested it for me and now owns my prized green meegs. My snowmobile makes ice fishing so much better than years ago when i used to walk ! While Emil passed on joining me in the heated Clam , I could of not done the same !! Gotta love the clam and my little buddy heater. I did probably spend half the day outside the hut enjoying the -15 and Clear Bright Sun BUT still nice to close her up and heat up for a bit. Seeing that boys face while fighting that whitefish was awesome! He nor I will forget it! Great Day Emil! It was a Pleasure to spend the day chasing whities with you.
