  3. I've been using them for a couple years now. Mostly the storm and calcutta swimbaits. Great on smallies and walleye and like others have said they seem to attract the larger fish. The wife got here pb walleye 8+ lbs two summers ago with a calcutta in a mullet color pattern.

  5. Been a poopty day at work but thanks for putting the first smile on my face today
  6. Here in northwest ontario we have an over abundance of deer and for the past couple years we have been allowed to get an additional two doe tags per zone. We have had four or five really good winters here and the deer population just keeps increasing. I think the real problem is too many people just shooting a buck and thats it. I think the way to curb the exploding population of deer is to take an example from some of our american counterparts and that is too make hunters shoot a doe before they are given a tag to shoot a buck. I love to eat deer meat but I must admit I sit and wait for a trophy but would be more than happy to shoot a good tasting doe before I went after the big boy.
  7. I believe this is still the ontario record (for firearms anyway) http://www.frow.ca/nonmodern.htm

  10. Right here in the city of EMO population 1200. 3 hours to winnipeg (though why go there????) 4 1/2 hours to t bay and a couple hours to numerous large pop. towns and cities in minnesota AND all the fishing and hunting you could ask for
  11. Well I will see if I can help here some. I am assuming you are redoing the roof and not starting new so you can expect not to have a perfectly straight line for your drip edge. Your roof vents should be ok with some support as long as the is some there and not too little a couple inches should be ok depending on the vent. Ice dam goes on after the drip edge and should be cut about 1/4" short of the edge of your drip edge. As far as the plastic on the shingles I am not sure of what brand you are using but if they are BP or Iko just peel them apart and nail em on.. Rick

  17. I wanna reserve my opinion until all the facts are out there. We don't know if the farmer has had a problem with these or other dogs before. Here is a question for all of you though (and yes I am a dog lover and have had dogs all my life) If the dogs had killed or done damage to the livestock how many of you would feel the necessity to have the dogs put down. I for one having grown up on a farm would not give it a second thought. I think before this thread gets to outta hand we should wait and get the whole story
