They are sunfish, you should know that
Probably a good sized permit or striper on the fly for me right now, or possibly an Atlantic off of one of the river Spey, Dee, or Tweed on a full dress salmon fly.
LOL, maybe. It was a 36" UL frabill. But those were small northern lakers on a set line. I'm planning on getting a 42" M (more like MH) st croix this year...
Not a question about the swivel but the knots, no matter how good you are at tying you'll mess one up eventually, your rig then has five knots, seems a lot simpler to wallis if you ask me. Congrats Brian!
Thanks, I get a little concerned ordering from the states. I need these things within about 3 days at most, anyone have an idea of what size brass bead equals 1/100oz?
The title pretty much explains it, I need fly jigs in 1/100oz (in bulk preferably) for a decent price. The only place around here I know sells them is BPS but I don't like to buy anything there and it's too expensive anyways. I'm also looking for 5/32" gold brass tying beads in bulk packs.
Thanks,
Chris
Didn't hae many up, will post a bunch of stuff throughout the winter to keep us from getting too bored. As for yesterday I only got one pic so there isn't much of a report, I'll put it up anyway though.
