I have about a dozen crankbait hand made lures that are $25 each and they are awesome !!! Best cranks/ jerkbait a I have ever had !!! But there is some lures in japan made by some if the worlds best makers and they are up to $300 !!!! Everytime a salmon fisherman looses a rig on the big water if you loose your dipsey & flasher and fly or spoon rig it's usually about $40 a pop !!!! When you loose 2 or 3 sometimes in a few days of hardcore action it can get expensive !!! Lol ...

I call them "citiots" they really have no clue about wilderness & wildlife and P3TA that's another group of wackos anyways !!! They don't ever show up in fishing or hunting towns that depend on the "sportsmans " money to make a living that's for sure it's too far aways from the city and the snow is too deep !!!! Thier GPS would not be able to find a Starbucks !! Lol ..... Oh ya and the bugs are too bad for them .... Too funny !!!!! And it's -27 this mornig I think we are good to go fishing or sledding without getting harassed today!! Up here in cottage country !!!! Cheers

My apologies mine is a garmin Dakota as well touch screen too !!!! I realized it when I seen your post !!! Like I said great unit small it's color screen as well and really accurate think it was around $300 about 4yrs ago and it's exposed on my sled and lots of -20 to -30 rides on it and it appears to be bullettproof so far !!!!

I have an Oregon garmin with background topo maps loaded as well as ofsc snowmobile trails for all of Ontario on it !!!! Works great there is many options for this or you can carry it in your pocket or if you have a sled like mine I have a 12volt uh on adapter I can charge my phone or GPS while riding my sled ,,, you can also wire it to your ignition so that when the key is off your battery won't go dead !!! But it's a small unit and does the job well just use go to the garmin GPS site they have all the mounts and what you need lots of sledders run them

Yes I have and need a $5 rocker switch for my $500 frameless electric fireplace I bought from Canadian tire !!!!! Of course the warranty is some china address and you call them and it's also a call line for black & decker and you have to punch in a dozen numbers and codes and serial numbers then leave a message for them too call you back !!!! It's. Never going to happen as a 12yr old girl on the factory floor won't know how to speak English or know what the pArt is !!!!!!! I'm gonna loose it on this crap ..... Most chart and nav data is always taken at low water datum !!!!! Just like govt charts are supposed to be as to always err on the side of caution for navigation as well as Wayne said above in his post some maps are on old surveys and not on the newer GPS coordinates it's a lot better than it was 15yrs ago when. The US military under orders from the president made GPS a lot more accurate for civilian use it's quite the story about it too It' was sketchy at best back then and if it was on that day it was pretty good and some days it was brutal !!!! They were scrambling the signal up to 35% it something like that ..... So it's def way way better today ....
