I worked at Yonge and Eglinton for many years. the four corners were always occupied! One old woman actually sat on the pavement, wet, snow no matter. THAT WAS HER JOB! She had an apartment got picked up and dropped off in a high end car (made the papers)! When it got hot there she moved downtown! They are NOT looking for food!

Thanks Brian, not that good typography, they are using the wrong apostrophe, what they have used is a foot mark. The first sign of bad typography! Lol today programs can't distinguish that, it's up to the typographer to notice.

Cliff you amaze me! I'm in the same boat been doing typograpghy for 45+ years, teach as much as I can for those who want to learn. I have been employed every day since April 8 68. Love what I do, get asked all of the time when I'm going to give it up, I reply what for. I'm one of very few that still respect the trade. I get asked by other ad agencies to look at their print work. Right now A major Japanese car company with a Luxury name plate is having me look at their 2015 dealer books. They have to look good. I love the work and get paid to do what I love. Now when that big truck breaks you will know how to fix it lol

Joey, we have a river (east humber) out our way that goes into the Kortright Centre for Consevation and above. There is a small bridge in Pine Grove they are in thick! Nobody bothers them and they go on their merry way. A few years back they spotted 20+ rainbow going up stream from there. I believe all of the barriers have been removed.

I can't help. I grew my first crop of shittake in logs this year, I got about 10. I've had them before and they were delicious. I tell the crew I'm cooking these and they want no part of them. I offered to eat them with my insurance policy on the table! I ate all ten and lived to tell them how good they were! Do a search on eatable wild mushrooms in Ontario, lots of info and pictures, I had the site but deleted it. There is a river I fished on the escarpment and in the early fall I saw people coming out with bags/baskets. Never asked what they were.

Beans, we have a problem. I found some dropping in my garage, wooden traps got three of them and found out where some cement had dropped off and a small crevice appeared closed that and they are gone. But to get the three on the wooden traps 'dollar store' 1.79 for two! They have a little clip on the trigure I put a piece of bacon and "locked it" and a touch of PB, got them every time they had to pull to eat! Cliffie is right face the trap agaist the wall. Also instant mashed potatoes supposed to work they eat but can't digest it and bloat to death. Now If I could get rid of them in my yard! They reproduce faster that you can kill them.
