  1. I was given one last year from a friend of a friend and the label on it said grape juice concentrate from Chile, so I would bet wineries around the GTA may be a place to tap. Just a thought. The one I got is missing one end but for what I use it for it's ideal, but a top wpould be nice when storing it
  2. Dutch, if you pick up a copy of Ontario Travel Discoveries at an Ontario Travel Information Centrer or order online at ontariotravel.net one of our feature articles for he summer is on that topic.
  3. I too have a lot of fixtures converted, hopefully the report is not accurate. But one thing, when you drop one of $3.00 bulbs you haven't saved very much! Was I ever ticked when it hit the floor <_<
  4. I agree with 100%a nd when crude goes up it shouldn't reflect at the pumps for 90 days or so :wallbash: :wallbash:
  5. We are in the process of rebranding the CN tower from the "Tallest free-standing structure" to "the world's tallest popsicle"
  6. I wish the jerk beside me at 8:00 would have been looking, idiot went through a very large puddle, part of a flooded road at full speed and copletely cover my jeep, after I signaled that I was moving over to avoid it. Funny thing for the next 3 lights he was beside me so that little stupid action didn't get him any where fast. <_<
  7. Go fish in Ontario has added a photo gallery to their site and welcomes the upload of pictures. Here is the link, some nice Ontario fish being shown http://www.gofishinontario.com/gallery.php

  10. Hooked, years ago I had the same problem and I kept telling them to clean up their act or i would call in bylaw inforcement. Well the proud owner came ove one day and said we should put a fnce between the two houses (with the prevvious neighbour here was no need for one, he carried a gun at work LOL) And my reply was when are you going to start? and then I started laughing when he asked for half of the funds to build it, YOU WANT IT, YOU BUILD IT, YOU PAY FOR IT end of story, I got a fence and he had to move, even better . . . :clapping:
  11. HH the pearl on a Williams is a killer
  12. Last nigh went to open my garage door and it wouldn't go up. Upon close inspection found the main spring snapped in half. Has anyone ever had the same problem and what the costs were to replace it? We used to have a member who did garage doors is he still around? Thanks
  13. I still have a half dozen that I made many years back and still use them. If you are using live bait, after you send it down to the desired depth walk back about 20 feeet and plant it in the snow cover the hole and go have lunch, Seeing that stick flying across the ice is somehting and when it reaches the hole the hook is set by the fish. I have two roods and never used them at all.

  19. Need help in locating riggid Foam (not styrofoam), like the stuff in camera cases or similar product, I'm located in the GTA/Vaughan. If anyone knows of a place I'd appriciate it 18 x 24 x 3 inches would be ideal. The 3" thick is the improtant part. Thanks in advance and this may be of interest to some http://fishnflush.com/

  21. HH, I moved out of midtown TO in 1979 for the same reason growing family and house prices. Moved to Woodbridge in 1995, was the best move I made, everything is there, and close enough to TO to make it a pleasant cummute. I'm at Yonge and Eglinton. Three yeras ago I moved closer to Kleiburg even better; lots of open space. (Humber River Valley and Kortright Centre for Concervation) In five mintues and you are in the country, would never move back in. My kids just bought houses and one went to Newmarket and one to Brooklin, they never even thought of TO.
  22. Clampet, I think Jethro is untied
