there is a walk way through the trailer park clearly marked for fisherman to get to the steel wall just park in lot before you get to first boat ramp. Also you can walk over tressle and fish underneath it it on the north side

we usually catch dropbacks well into june on the niner, maitland and bayfield and usually no one else around fishing ,worms and stoneflys are the ticket

seriously I think Babcock is a good coach but overrated, but the best,no way,one cup in 10 years and that was shortly after he took over an already good team. In the 7 seasons since other than losing to pitt in the final little playoff success. He ranks well behind Sutter and Quennville IMHO and give Barry Trotz the same talent Babcock had in Detroit and Nashville would of won a couple cups. Washington's success this year was from him. Bad choice Mike you have met your Waterloo.

try fishing off the steel wall,or under the tressle there are still lots of dropbacks in the river, try floating a dew worm

as I mentioned on another site Restoule PP. Great park, great water sites, great fishing for walleye, bass, musky, pike and lake trout, hiking trails, very little pressure, back lakes and North Bay only 40 minutes away.If you need any other info on the park ,fishing and suggestions for which sites are best just ask.

back in the late 80s early 90s when the Thames river had a great run of walleye in the spring in the Delaware area and the guys lined the shore all of march and april,I knew of someone that took an old mattress burned it with gas til it had nothing but the coils left, forced in a several bricks to help submerge it and drop it in one of the best and most popular holes. Then when the summer came and water levels dropped he would retrieve the mattress coils full of jigs ,rapalas and whatever else.

some inbred redneck in the London area has I believe has killed now 8 yotes and then decapitated them leaving them on walking trails in and around the city, sometimes I wish we could cleanse the gene pool. Nothing against hunters but this person is killing them for some sort of thrill or hatred and will be charged when caught.

very sad new, although i never formally met him,my dad lives 5 minutes down the road , myself and the kids have spent countless summer evenings fishing under the bridge beside the lodge. We always bought our bait and ice from him each outing. We really missed them not being open last year.Seemed like a nice guy and the lodge was beautiful.

If you are in St.Thomas again check out Dixie Dairy Mart, very good fishing store

problem being when gthl A teams travel to tournaments in say places like Windsor they will be forced to play contact because this is not province wide just gta. A is rep hockey and the top level in rural areas of ontario ,I can not see the OHF putting this in place for the rest of the province. Like lready mentioned there is other levels of hockey for kids to play without contact.

I consider myself a knowledgeable hockey parent, I have a son who played AAA then onto jr B and C,I have a daughter who plays girls AA/A and a 14 year old now who plays AE I have also coached boys and girls hockey at the AAA and AA level . I agree there is no need for checking in lower levels of boys hockey at any age. A hockey is still considered a very competitive level ,for some boys from smaller centres it is the highest level available to them without travelling several hours to play on a zone team.I think it should be below A that no hitting starts. There is still plenty of hockey available for those who want to play non contact.

about 20 years ago pulled up to a dock, buddy jumped on the dock and starting tying off front of boat. I grabbed an armful of gear to to carry out of boat as i got 1 foot on the dock back of boat starting pulling away from dock. long story short instead of just falling in boat I tried to pull boat back with leg as I did my pant leg got caught on dock kleat boat pull away . I ended up with a partially torn groin muscle. Four weeks off work with swelling and spasms, Still to this day still tightens up and spasms enough to have to lie down and stretch and take advil. -
hers a list on cities players do not want to play in http://www.fm96.com/2015/02/19/nhls-most-popular-no-trade-destinations/

I would not wish the wrath on playing in Toronto to any young player, the fans, the media, being in Toronto has destroyed plenty of great hockey people players ,coaches and management

My youngest who is 15 now got out a couple times in the early morning when he was about 2. Luckily my wife heard him closing the door. After the second time we had an alarm system installed and he set it off a few times trying to get out to play. I dont understand why some want to place judgment on the fact a 3 year is wearing diapers, yes most kids are out of them before age 1.5 but alot of kids wear pull ups at night at age 3 ,which i think the young boy was wearing. RIP very tragic, horrible way for anyone to die let alone a 3 year old.

try the north end of the park either Brent or Kiosk, less busy and fishing is good especially in Cedar lake ,not sure of hydro though.

I Love the PPs in ontario especially the northern ones. Yes it can be expensive, but the fishing and camping opportunities they offer are world class and people from other parts of the world who love the outdoors would love to have an Alqonquin Park or Lady Evelyn Smoothwater or one of many many others Ontario has to explore.

Shopping for a new baitcaster, finally
bow slayer replied to Old Ironmaker's topic in General Discussion
I have a curado 200 E7 and love it.......I also have a Calcutta 100TE DC and that is the best baitcast reel I have ever used. Cant go wrong with a shimano. I also have a Revo SX that I cant complain about either. -
I said starts with Rielly ,a 1st and 2nd,thats what Toronto would have to start the conversation with for Edmonton to pick up the phone. They would have to add more.likely a Fransen and/or Nylander to seal it. Don't underestimate Rielly thou,as much as I hate the Leafs this kid is going to be stud D man, along the lines of Karlson,Doughty or Keith. I also can not seeing Edmonton moving the pick,do they want to known as the team that passed on MacDavid?
