Icefishing rod are small and they get caught in everything so they are easily broken. What I did for all my rods is that I bought those black plastic tubes that CTC sells to separate all the golf clubs in a golf bag. I cut them done to size, cut a notch in it for the reel , loosen my drag all the way and just slide the rod in and store in a rod case. I have a few St.Croix, broke one of them a few years back but can't blame the rod for that.

I would be ready to bet that alcool was involved!!!!!

I agree camillj it helps me a bit, google " Neti Pot " and check that out for nasal irrigation, It does a heck of a good job.

If you don't have a family Doctor you should definetly look for one. it took me and my doctor about 15 years to find a medication that gets rid of them (if I take it at the right time) But I haven't found anything to control them. A clinic will not be able to follow you as well as a family Doctor could. Right now I am taking a regimen of vitamins that seems to cut the frequency of them by about 75%, but the ones I do get seem to be worse than my regular ones before, might be because my pain tolerance has drop a bit. When I get back home tonight I will post the Vitamin regimen that I follow. it's COQ10--Magnesium-and B2 Riboflavin. I'll give the dosage tonight. I use Maxalt to get rid of teh migraines and it works within 10-15 minutes only if I don't wait until the migraine is full blown. PS my migraines do affect some of my fishing outings and that really pisses me off. Plus now I have develloed Fibromyalgia and tnat is also cutting down on my fishing time.

Just read the one about Pizza Hut, let me tell you that I have a good one from a Pizza Hut in Ottawa. By the way this isn't a waitress or manager or cook story, it's a customer young teenager she was probably 15 or 16. Me and wife walk in and get a table, there was not too many people in the restaurant but there was one table with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. I am looking at the menu and all of a sudden I hear some laughing coming from the All You Can Eat Buffet Table, I turn my head just in time to see this girl pick up a plate, she licks it and puts it back down on top the stacks of plates for the next customers. I got up and went up to her and asked her with a loud voice what the hell she was doing licking a plate and putting back on top of the other ones. Every body else in the restaurant heard me, but for some reason her parents never said a word about it. So I went to see the manager and politely told her what happened. The manager went up to there table and tossed the whole bunch out. They closed to the All You Can Eat for the night and was offered my dinner( Pizza ) for free. They hadn't even started eating so I am glad for the other customers that they didn't pick up that plate. The worse thing was that on there way out the parents and the teenagers were laughing about it.

My worst experience happened a few years back when it was still legal to smoke inside. I stopped in to this restaurant to warm as my work that day was outside. So I order my fries and a burger combo. Sit down and I lite up a cigarette. There was 2 of us smoking and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. 20 minutes, 2 smokers there was lots of stray ashes around the ashtray. My buddy gets his order and I get my burger, I asked the waitress about my fries and she says that she was busy and forgot, so she goes back to the kitchen and 5 minutes later comes back to the table with my order of fries and puts it in front of me but 4-5 fries fall off the plate and into the stray ashes, she reaches over grabs the fries and puts them back in my plate. I completely lost it on that stupid waitress. I didn't pay for my food and walked out, so the manager comes out to try to gte me to pay and I told him the story he politely told me not too worry about the bill and walked back in. Within 25 minutes the waitress comes out to ask me what I had told the manager because she just got fired. My response was " You got to be kidding me, having the nerves to ask"

Finally common sense is moving into Toronto.

Thanks Buster Transporting Sport Fish in Ontario It is contrary to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act to stock or transport live sport fish without a permit. The cage in the water where you are fishing is not "transporting" It is considered your livewell while you are fishing. If you want to put the fish in an aquarium you would have to transport them.

It's there own fault that they lost. If you look at the Logo on there shirts there's half a Maple Leaf on it, so they only played half a game then the Maple Leaf came in.

I think that it is illegal. Not supposed to possess live fish except in your livewell while on the water. A live fish in your livewell and teh baot is on the trailer is illegal.

You've go to be kidding me??? Going to HD was almost as big a change as going from B&W to Color. I cannot watch a hockey game on regular tv anymore. I love what Rogers launched lately the new Auto HD that automnatically changes a channel to HD if that programming is offered in HD. So if you put it on channel 9 which is usually regular programming and that program is available in HD it will automatically change it to HD format.

I had a sciatic problem and a lower back issue that had been bugging me for a few years. I completely got rid of it in about 2 days. I sit all day at my computers for work and always had problems, until I removed my wallet from my back pocket and I now leave it in my coat pocket. Weird what can happen to you when you sit crooked for most of the day. I was blaming the pain on Fibromylgia that I have been suffering from for about 4 years.

The ducer has to be under the ice or you will miss the fish that are coming in from the sides. I usually drill a second hole to put my ducer in when fishing out of a my hut. I like the foam method , that bottle will last a few times and then will break when you most need it.

I would stay away from Polaris. I have a Kawasaki and wouldn't trade it for anything. make sure to get rid of the stock tires and get yourself some good ones you won't regret it
