  1. Actually......Buffalo isnt a "town", it is actually a city, yup.........we got electricity, malls ....and even airplanes that land and take off from here and just......all kinds of stuff now!!!
  2. "creating the lie" as the website name is a bit of a tipoff as well lol The guys got skills though, maybe dodge should be visiting his websites?
  3. If youve gotta be a do it yourselfer from the 1st step to the last step though, there seem to be many of these Do it yourself deck design programs thru a google search.
  4. WOW This is whats up.........i was at the game, and even the habs fans in the seat next to me put their hands to their mouths and went "oh ho ho ho hoooooo" TV broadcast didnt do this hit justice. It crashed thru the ears of every fan, AND every player on the montreal bench apparently. Because it seemed to have put their tails between their legs for the remainder of the night. I couldnt believe gaustad or any other sabre skated the rest of the night unmolested. And i mean flabbergasted. Their was NO response to this hit. Kovalev got up, looked at the ref like........hey, what was that all about. Thats the NHL Alexi. He may as well have went to the dressing room for the night. He and the rest of the team were done based on this one hit??? Sabres went on to a 5-1 win, untouched, with ZERO response to this bone crusher to their star player. I was amazed..........the habs group next to us, didnt seem to be so amazed lol. That says alot. As a sidenote, i agree for the most part that its fun when the habs come to town (buffalo). As someone said earlier, at the end of the game, i too actually shook hands with the habs group next to us, we talked during the game, and i even gave him a high five when they got their one goal........i told them they deserve at least one reason to cheer for the drive (they were from toronto so they werent really true habs representation) I also watched a pair of habs jerseys walking out of their seats trying to pick a fight with every guy in a seat........literally, throwing beer as they left. Good times!
  5. Im in the Buffalo area drifter.........and i spend enough time freezing my cahonaze off standing waste deep in trouty waters..........I order out most days lol
  6. AGREED! I got sick of throwing out gas grills. walking out to empty tanks, brittle flaked out burners.........half flames, hot spots and cold spots............I had a big falling out with these things and REFUSE TO BUY ANOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No i did not have a $1000 dollar grill, but i refuse to spend that kinda money to cook steak or burgers 3 months outta the year lol. I think charcoal is alot easier. Dump, light, cook, dump
  7. You go George.......i did this a few years back and, well........my sentiments EXACTLY.......then i went and priced new ones and still almost fainted lol. I never did make a purchase on a gas kicker. I actually bought a high thrust electric bowmount and troll with that and it works peachy
  8. Heres the bigger question, why dont they just make a straight up 10 horse. They'd save ink on all there manuals getting rid of that stupid period between the 9 and the 9......not to mention keystrokes when doing google searches for it for the mechanics, that adds time to the labor costs, and paint when painting 9.9 on the motor hood. It'd save the kicker motor industry a boatload!
  9. Hey tip up, its all a game of confidence.........i think we spoke about this a while back, i didnt need anything in my box but white jigs all fall and couldnt miss, its been a different story since the streams opened back up the last couple weeks though. Ouch! As far as the worm, just have zero confidence in it, and we all know that thats the key!
  10. Must be them canadian steelhead, cuz i aint caught a dang thing on them down here on the southside of the lakes? Never given them an extremely honest shot though. But i have tried to a degree.
  11. Flueger President, ya beat me to it canuck
  12. You will probably always see the indent of the clear coat that was removed, but itll shine back up with some car care products. 3M makes a series of good products, but not cheap and they dont sell trial size just for one scratch. But you can probbaly get that looking pretty good with just some flannel cloth and some hand buffing. I used to use this system. 3M.........Rubbing compound/Finnesse/hand glaze/wax. Somebody you know has to have an electric buffer, that will help.......but i would say in the end..........if you want it completely removed........take it to a shop and tell them you know what it takes to fix it, theyll fill it with clear, wet sand it and buff it out, tell them to keep it real and dont bill you like your an idiot.
  13. ahhhh holdfast lol, this NF thread is the reason i sometimes seek out NF threads. Im indifferent as far as taking a side here and dont have much of a response or suggestion, lets just say its entertaining and leave it at that lol. Actually, let me add, i wouldnt want to be this guy that has to spend a day under you LOL. I can see this guy on the side of the road dropping and giving you 20
  14. nope, i dont invest.......nor do i watch cramers show. Ive passed by it a few times........i have however watched john stewart, and love his intellectual humor
  15. That was fabulously entertaining! Thanks for putting that up..........i didnt get to see it till now and it was the best lunch hour ive had in a long time!! Probably perked a few ears in the office as well
  16. But its gotta be OHHH so worth it to wake up in that area everyday Aye drifter?
  17. Thats awesome, its amazing the possibilities a welder opens up aint it. We have welders at work and i find myself staying late alot to make all kinds of fun stuff that would otherwise cost me a fortune. Take them corners Sloooooooow though lol
  18. Wow, this thread is too ironic........its like you guys watched me out on the boat last year when i first used my powerdrive and wrote a report on my days on the water with it LOL I almost spit coffee when you guys both mentioned picking up the foot pedal.... done that too, i felt more at home like i was playing a playstation or something lol. Anyone ever do the 360 and wrap the cable around the top of the motor lol. It really does get tricky up at the front, especially when ya got a pair in the back of the boat yelling at you to straighten it out when your trying to unhook a fish and steer and keep the guys in the back blades moving lol Ill tell ya what though, it was the best investment ive made in a long long time.........fishing or non
  19. Ive never caught a whitie first hand , never even saw one in person, only time ive seen one is on this board lol, Sorry, there just not on the list of available species in the water i fish But im curious why there mouths always seem to be so red. Are they easy bleeders, is it just the color of their mouth, whats the scoop.
  20. Waterfront property on the waters that harbor these animals has got to be dirt cheap. Cant put a slide on the dock or waterski
  21. My guess is he is realizing that he is going to feel the heat for this based on the exposure on the net and all the input hes recieving from anglers. And he is trying to polish himself up a litlte bit for the ensueing court proceedings
  22. Tell that to Buffalo who fell to this last place team in the League on saturday. Yes, in the midst of fighting for their playoff lives, ........they lost to the bottom of the barrell. If that doesnt spell downward spiral, i dont know what does. Dismal outcome to that game for the sabres and i would say its the nail in the coffin for this season. Sorry, didnt mean to hijack. But id almost rather not be in it like your leafs, than be in it and have lost their last three and one of them to the islanders to get knocked out of their 8th spot.
