lew Posted July 8, 2007 Report Posted July 8, 2007 It's a good thing you pulled that Old Milwacky can outta the tire when you did or it coulda done some REAL damage !!
Sinker Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 Ha.....and my buddies say I'm too anal about my trailer.....I always check everything before I hit the road.....I haven't found anything to fix yet, but I'm sure I will one day. Sinker
BFSC Kevin Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 smart thing to always check.. i never really looked at the tires that much.. i just check the air in them everytime, i guess i'll spot it while i check the air though. however i do check the lights every single time, before and returning fromt he trip.
Rich Clemens Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 Very good reminder for all of us. I too check over the tires and make sure the tire pressures are corret before heading out. That includes the boat trailer and the towing vehicle.
Uncle Buck Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 looks like one of the old looney tunes shows, where the bruise shoots out of the victims head after being clonked by a board :>
Whopper Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 (edited) Wow, Thats wild!! Why does that happen? Broken belt Dan I've had way to many Carlisle's look like that on my boat trailers to ever use another. Whopper Edited July 9, 2007 by Whopper
musky66 Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 Had a bulge like that in my side wall once- trailer tires are crap!
