Replace boaters card

I lost my boaters card. 
how can I get a replacement?

It depends on where you got your card from, it seems there is no full data base of cards.  So if you got it from one of the groups that were issuing card , they may be out of business and you are s o l

I would love to do that, but my wife passed away from COVID on May 23rd. 
she was a front line worker at Toronto General hospital.
