wkrp Posted April 21, 2016 Report Posted April 21, 2016 Looking at the manual for installing a lowrance transducer and I noticed if you follow the illustration there is not enough room between the bracket and transom to accommadate the transducer cable without severely pinching the cable. Anyone else notice this?
misfish Posted April 21, 2016 Report Posted April 21, 2016 Can you epoxy it, so it shoots through the hull?

Old Ironmaker Posted April 22, 2016 Report Posted April 22, 2016 Call their help desk or customer service. When I called a few years ago about a unit I had I got someone in Texas.
Sinker Posted April 22, 2016 Report Posted April 22, 2016 Never had that problem. Been through a few lowrances now.

Big Cliff Posted April 23, 2016 Report Posted April 23, 2016 Something doesn't sound right; my cable comes off the top of my transducer, Are you sure you are reading the instructions correctly?
wkrp Posted April 23, 2016 Author Report Posted April 23, 2016 Take a look at the manual and you will see what I mean . I had no issue with my installation because I ran the cable beside the mounting bracket.
