Lake Tomiko Fishin' Report

...I left home at 5:30 yesterdeay saturday..went to Tim's had my boat in the water at 10 after 6

headed to the north end of the lake and had our lines in by 6:25am ....we were back at the truck

by 7 ;00am..with 7 walleye over16" and under 18" 1 of 25 1/2

I returned with my wife last night ,, and the same happened... but just a little faster

this time ..8 in 20 minutes.. biggest was 22"

 

 

I just got back from fishin with my son ... an guess what?

8 walleye in 25 minutes... biggest of 19" ...smallest of 14 1/2.

 

fish fry tonight !!! MMMMMMMM walleye.

 

I'll post pics. when i can figure out my camera... something to do with a program malfunction.

Sounds like quite a day, Congratulations. I have to get out and fish that lake one of these days, considering its in my backyard too. I've heard that the walleye can be elusive in the summer but good size to them..

WE got back around 7:30 tonight and did it again!!! this time a little longer..1hr 8 fish

biggun was 21" but the other 7 were over 15" and uner 18"

Great time of the year for fishing with the eyes all stacked up from the end of the spawn. Makes for great fishing before they all spread out for there summer haunts. I'll be watching for the pics.

I just got back from okimot lodge and all we caught was two pickeral and lots of bass. I wish I had the same luck as you.
