Nice fish buddy.... Gotta get out there with ya sometime

Well Stoney was good..... Cold and hot.... Braved the boughts of rain and hail.... Thought maybe either hungry or stupid.... Naw walleyes on the brain... Stayed at Pine Vista... Had walleyes every time we went out.... Or should I say every spot we hit except for the Sunday night the front came in.... Early morning riser... Managed a nice crappie too The biggest came from the hells gate entry channel in 15-20 fow Got into the canoe for awhile... And as usual... This house amazes me every time I pass it! Wife was enjoying the wildlife in action.... Said I wasn't in the mood.... Mmmm walleyes... they were calling me Cabins were nice once again... And the wildlife didn't dissappoint.... Had a nice bbq... All in all a nice weekend... Special thanks to Stoty and others for maps..... Even though we were supposed to meet up and were 300 yards from each other lol...

Bob Crupi in California recorded several 20+ pounders from Lake Castaic.... Very well known fact.... Awesome bass down there.... I believe the record is still around just under 23?

Thanks... Yeah I know muskies are closed but they come naturally when walleye fishing there... Looking forward to walleyes though.... Thanks for the info. Did you get crappies off the point?

Just wondering if anyone knows whats goin on there. Heard from the resort walleye has been very good and Numerous large muskies being caught.... Don't trust resort info so..... Anyone can say what they think you want to hear...Appreciate the help if anyone knows.... Thnx

Yeah when I called you the night before you left I wondered how miserable it would be although it's good to see it went well. You didn't freeze, didn't get skunked and didn't get lost so it was a full success. Keep up the good work guys!

Good to see someone still promoting the big cats.... Tiring of all the ski's eyes and bucket mouths. There is another species worthy out there guys! Who knows.... maybe someone will break my record with one outta your waters... It's about time it happens... and someone else takes the reigns.... Nice work fishmaster.... They aren't the same as we see on t.v. Been with several myself over the years.... Someone can always teach you something... Maybe one day we can fish cats together.... How are they lately anyways?

A game warden comes across a man and a woman in a boat. The man is fishing and the woman is reading a book. The warden asks to see their fishing licenses. The man produces his and the warden asks the woman where hers is. She replies "I'm reading a book I'm not fishing". The warden then tells her she has all the right equipment with her in the boat. She tells the warden "Then I'm going to lay sexual molestation charges against you". The warden says he didn't sexually molest her. She tells the warden " You have all the right equipment with you too don't you? Lol

Nice job. I know the feeling of sore arms carp fishing. We pulled 75+ fish over 20lbs in one day between 3 guys. Lengthy battles all day and sore arms on the way home. Manitoba's fairford river gave them up to us. When they are on like that watch out. Unbelievable action. Keep it up!

Yeah it was a great day on the water with ya! I had a great time minus the sunburn and headache this morning lol. Anyways next time will be walleye don't worry. Just have to hit the other end of the lake Was a pleasure to have your company and you did a great job fighting your fish. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again bud and we will. And remember considering everyone we passed had caught nothing in the heat we did pretty good. I switched to bouncers deep because the muskie lures were not working. They seemed too lethargic to chase. We never even got one follow on any lures all day casting. I wish I had landed my big muskie but that's fishing and it was your turn. Will get more next time. Enjoy the weekend.

Launching out of Burleigh Falls to fish Stoney. Walleye and Muskie tomorrow and want to know if anyone has any info on the walleye there lately. I gather they are starting to concentrate deeper off Islands and shoals. With the sunlight and hot weather this week they must be deep. Any info would be appreciated. And if anyone know how the Muskies have been lately and if they're also deep let me know. Thanks Manitoba Rob
