I've been fishing this tiny lake for 20 years now. The fishing is fantastic but I only fish up here once or twice a year at most.

If you're up here at the right time, they're on fire.

Up here, they always put up a great fight.

Pure beauty lives up here.

16 inch brook trout such as this nice female are fairly common in tiny lakes up here.

A nice fat 16 inch male speck from up here.

Thanks for the comments gang!

Beautiful speckles. Are these naturals?

Yes indeed, they are naturals. This is the main reason why I only fish this lake once or twice a year. I really don't want to put too much pressure on such a small but magical lake. I've respectfully fished it with great success for the last 20 years and hopefully for the next 20 as well.
