DRIFTER_016 Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 Seems redneck Canadian Chevy drivers do this kind of thing too!!! <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/TTC4Voi1ErA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
jedimaster Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 :06 - :07 the truck bed falls off mid air, something fake about that video to me.
jedimaster Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 This is how its supposed ot be done....
Fisherman Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 Unfortunately they get to vote and have kids that pass on recessive genes.
kickingfrog Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 :06 - :07 the truck bed falls off mid air, something fake about that video to me. I would suspect that it was not the first jump for that truck.
BillM Posted February 6, 2013 Author Report Posted February 6, 2013 :06 - :07 the truck bed falls off mid air, something fake about that video to me. You think that's fake? Come on man, lol.
Pigeontroller Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 Dummies! Don't they know that only '69 Dodge Chargers can jump like that!
jedimaster Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 Well real to the point where they jumped and were short and crashed yah but the dramatics of the bed falling off clearly it was already messed up.
Cudz Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 This is my best attempt at jumping. Pretty insignificant compared with the raptor jump. Biggest difference is that I drove away from my jump.
BillM Posted February 6, 2013 Author Report Posted February 6, 2013 Well real to the point where they jumped and were short and crashed yah but the dramatics of the bed falling off clearly it was already messed up. I think you're seeing the bedliner coming out of the bed....
jedimaster Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 nope it has a tonou cover on it, the bed is clearly not attatched, look how far back it sits even before the jump, and in the slo wmotion at .25 seconds you can see it lifting off while in the air before the impact.
DRIFTER_016 Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 The comments on the video say that the guy was wrecking it on purpose so he probably removed the bed hold down bolts for effect.
BillM Posted February 9, 2013 Author Report Posted February 9, 2013 nope it has a tonou cover on it, the bed is clearly not attatched, look how far back it sits even before the jump, and in the slo wmotion at .25 seconds you can see it lifting off while in the air before the impact. Yup, I think you're right. I watched it over and over again and finally saw it, lol!
wannabefisherman Posted March 11, 2013 Report Posted March 11, 2013 here's a different angle, you can see the impact better!
