GBW Posted July 4, 2012 Report Posted July 4, 2012 Nice fish for sure! Here you go, it's the one with silver blades Looks like a squirrel with blades, LOL!
captpierre Posted July 5, 2012 Report Posted July 5, 2012 Beauty! Skinny like a Kawarthas fish. Maybe due to the alewife collapse in Huron?
spinnerbaitking Posted July 5, 2012 Report Posted July 5, 2012 Very nice looking Ski, Congrats Tight Lines SBK
smally21 Posted July 5, 2012 Report Posted July 5, 2012 3 over 50! alot of guys that have been fishing a lot longer would love to be able to say that!!!! good for you and the homemade lure makes it even better.. :clapping:
Dontcryformejanhrdina Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Congrats! I'd be thrilled just to catch 1 50" this year, let alone 3 (so far)!
mike rousseau Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Tuesday night at 8:00 this guy crushed my homemade 13" twin 10 bucktail. It was quite skinny for a Gbay fish but measured 50" exactly. This is my third musky fifty inches and over and hopefully there will be more this season. Andrew, Third 50+ ever or this year? What a snake.... Is it ever skinny... Musts felt great catching her on a home made bait too...

Fisherpete Posted July 6, 2012 Report Posted July 6, 2012 Sweet fish bud!!! Congratulations on your 3rd 50 - Your bucktails look awesome too... making my own is on my to-do list for the near future. Pete
mike rousseau Posted July 7, 2012 Report Posted July 7, 2012 Third 50+ in my life, I've been musky fishing for four years since I was twelve. Very cool... I didn't LAND my first musky till I was 18... But it's a bit easier to find information nowadays.... Learn new techniques... Etc... And it's turning out some great anglers like yourself... Heck We didn't even have Internet at our house growing up....
