COUNTRYBOY Posted April 2, 2012 Report Share Posted April 2, 2012 THIS IS A MIX I MAKE FOR BATTERING FISH AND SHRIMP. 1 CUP FLOUR,1 CUP WATER, 2 TBSP BAKING POWDER. TAKE ALL SEASON SPICE...THE KNOW THE STUFF THAT HAS A RED LOOK TO IT. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND ADD SEASONING TO TOP OF BATTER UNTIL BATTER LOOKS A LITTLE REDISH IN COLOUR. Cause they forgot to tell me last week... Then went for a boat ride and had Greek take out.... I will make em sooner or later... Some tasty looking recipes so far...
