Terry Posted May 25 Report Share Posted May 25 There is no penalties for accidentally catching a bass out of season as long as you release it immediately but if you keep catching them without catching more of the fish you were there to catch that are in season , you can get a hefty fine and lose you license to fish for a few years , if they really want you could lose your boat , trailer and the vehicle that towed it 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
