Leechman I'll trade you some perch fillets for some of those brook trout bodies if you want fillets that bad...LOL

You through out the best part, the skin and tail, crispy fried MMMMMgood. A little dusting with flour, salt & pepper fried in butter Speckles, nothing tastes better. But I'm sure you enjoyed just the same. I can smell them cookin here. Man you know how to make a guy hungry.
