bigugli Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 (edited) Nothing beats a fresh caught plate of perch for breakfast. Got out for some fishing yesterday, and it was slow. Only managed a dozen perch over the course of the afternoon. It was nice out. The sun was shining, the air was crisp and there was no wind. Only brought a handful of keepers home. Fresh perch and a corn fritter. YumYum! Edited January 28, 2009 by bigugli

Zubris21 Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 I was thinking the same thing! LOL Ya outta try edamame too. Baby soy beans boiled and dressed with salt. All kinds of protein, without the cholesterol. Edamame is excellent. You can buy a box full of portioned sized packages at costco. Just throw them in the microwave for 3 mins and all salt. Not as good as in sushi bars but still pretty darn good for something thats frozen!
