Big Cliff Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 Haliburton area still has unsafe ice in some areas! There are still dangerous areas
lew Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 It's always so sad to read these reports about a couple buds out enjoying themselves for an evening and then it turns to tragedy. Like many on this board, I've travelled a gazillion miles by snowmobile at night over quite a few years and even though we were always careful.....well usually anyways......we ALWAYS avoided crossing lakes in the dark even when we were familiar with them. Condolances to the families and hopefully the news will be better for the 3rd rider.
medmart Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 This is very sad i hope they find the third person alive my condolence to the families rob

steverowbotham Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 this happens way too often, but those who pray, should pray for the third rider.
