So did they give you the 10 at the 09 price? And yeah..If the manufacturer strapped it to a pallett they likely laid it the right way down. If not, its the dealers problem geting it started.

If the Casino was truly not competing with bars, then they wouldn't sell alcohol. Same as the conference centre. If they weren't competing, they wouldn't exist in the first place. A while ago there was talk of advertising on school busses. I don't think there should be advertising on any busses. Its competing with the advertisers for space. But when the government builds a hockey arena nobody complains.

You would be suprised how government agencys cover for each other. We have a perfect example of it going on here right now.

I worked with some gas fitters years ago and when they installed gas to a house they would drill out the orifices a bit bigger to suit natural gas. They told me that to go back to propane you had to get a new orifice. Thats the only changes they made. It depended on the customers attitude weather or not they would charge them for the "conversion" I can see the BBQ companies saying you can't convert them. How else would they sell you a new BBQ

My HDS 7 has a map in it. it shows marker bouys for the great lakes at least. No depth contours. I have a paper chart of the area I fish so I may make do with that rather than spending the money on whatever I need for countours.

I have a spring project now. I have to get my house ready to sell. Finishing all my little projects that were good enough at the time and I will fix that up laters. A bit of electrical wiring, a bit of trim here and there, paint touch ups, hiding tv and internet cables. Good part is I get to build myself a new and improved shop..oh yeah, the wife is building the house she wants too.

I build from scratch and i just put alternating boards one side and the other..both look the same. The first one I did was a weave with 16' boards horrizontal but its too easy to climb. I also like the security of a 5 or 6' high fence...I have 5 now and had always planned to put a foot of lattice at the top but could never part with the money

You could start by asking your real estate agent to ask the previous owner who owns the fence. If you do then great. If you want to share it with your neighbor you could ask him to share the cost. It seems your neighbor is maintaining it somewhat since somebody put a section back up during the winter. Get along with your neighbors if you can. Have a filtered try again please chat about it. Fences do make good neighbors. I own all 3 sides of mine and am moving to a new subdivision and the first thing I am doing is fencing it. PS my house is up for sale now with part of the reason being a neighbor with no regard for other people.
