Mine has a lag. When I come to almost a full stop and the go again, I hit the gas its dead for a secong then jumps. They said there was nothing wrong, then I went to get snows on and complained again, so they said I had a streched timing chain and they kept it for 3 days and did $4k of work under warranty...now its no different. Thats a tough spot but quickly thinking without seeing it. Take it off, or at least the rack so you can work. Drill a hole at each end of the crack to keep it from spreading. We use zip ties to sew stuff like that back together. Drill holes and put plastic zip ties in and pull tight. Could be a bit of an issue at the mount points but there have the lock on the zip on the underside and set the rack mount on top of the tie and bolet it down tight. Thats the best I got without seeing it. Maybe a bit of thin metal underneath to support it at the break with some small bolts

The one part I can't understand about the debt retirement charge is, why do we pay HST on it. When I borrow for a car, the payment is on the total amount I owe, all tax included You don't get a loan and pay tax on the item as you make payments. So why are we all paying tax on loan payments. I could understand if Kate was dinging us a bit extra for provincial tax but she is giving 7% to the feds....for nothing

My take on it...unless you were there, you will never know the truth. Putin isn't bombing Turkey so he is just kinda mad but is somewhat to blame and other people know it so he isn't doing anything crazy. Turkey dodged a bullet but they better be a bit more carefull next time
